"Thank God he is gone! Now we can continue..." Nick started to say as he came
back from walking Brian to his car, "Melly, where are you?!" "I'm right here." Melissa
said walking down the stairs with her purse and sweater around her waist. "Where
are you going? You don't need your purse to fool around on the couch." Nick said as
he scooped her up in his arms. "No, you don't need it for the couch, but you need it to
go to the club where Valley is." She smirked at him. "Whyyyy do we have to go? They
will be fine!" Nick began to whine. "Please babe?" Melly gave him her best puppy
dog look that she knew Nick couldn't resist, "I'll make it up to you later." She said as
she kissed his neck. "What are we waiting for?! Get in the car woman!" Nick said as
he dragged her out to his car.
~LATER AT THE CLUB~
"Brian...is that you? What are you doing up there?!" Valerie said as she approached the stage. "I'm about to make a complete fool of myself." Brian smiled,"Can I have everyone's attention, please?" Brian screamed into the microphone just as Nick and Melly made it to the club. "The most beautiful woman in the world told me earlier that I don't take enough time to show her how much I love her." Brian looked out at the crowd, " So, I want all of you to hear me, when I say: Valerie, I, Brian Littrell, love you more than anything in this world. If you wanted me to quit my job right now, I’d do it in a heartbeat. You mean the world to me." Brian kneeled down to Valerie, who was about to cry, when he asked, "Do you forgive me?" Before Valerie could say a word to Brian, the crowd in the club began to yell at them. "Forgive him Valerie!" "Go get her, Brian!" Nick just keep looking at his watch and rubbing Melly's back, while Melly was crying her eyes out. Valerie climbed up on the stage with Brian. "Brian, I forgive you. I am so sorry for acting they way I did earlier. I love you too, babe. You would really quit your job for me?" She asked him. "Yes, just say the words." Brian looked deep intoher eyes. "I'd never want you to quit your job, it means to much to you, but knowing that you'd give up your dream for me means more to me that anything in this world." Brian embraced Valerie and before long they were deep into a kiss. The entire club was just whistling and cheering for them as they came off the stage. "Awwa guys!" Melly said as they came over to their table between her sobs, "That was the sweetest thing I have ever heard!" "Melly," Valley laughed at her, "You always cry." "I know, but I'm happy you guys are back together." She said as she hugged them. "Yeah, yeah...it was so sweet, romantic, yadda, can we go now?!" Nick said. "What's the matter?" Brian asked Nick. "What's the matter?! I'll tell you what's the matter, Brian." Nick yelled, "You have been in between Melly & I all damn night, watching those videos. I barely got to spend a single moment with her alone the entire evening!" "Oh, sorry, Nick...I didn't know I was bothering you." Brian looked upset. "You weren't bothering us, Brian. Nicky, say you’re sorry to your best friend?" Melly nudged him. "I sorry, man. I'm just..." Nick was interrupted by Valley. "Just a guy with LOTS of hormones." Everyone laughed. "So what if I am?" Nick said, "How can you blame me after you look at Melissa? She's so beautiful...and sexy...and..." Melly stopped him, "Your gonna be happy tonight. You can stop trying to gain more brownie points." She laughed. "Ah, lucky man." Brian smiled at him. "Don't worry...you'll be a happy man too." Valley whispered to Brian. "Well, look at the time, it's 10pm already! We better get home!" Brian said pushing Valley towards the door. "Have a good night!" Melly and Nick yelled to them. "You guys too!" Brian and Valley yelled back as they got in their cars. The four headed back to their respective homes. For the first time in 2 months, the couples were going to be alone. When Brian and Valerie reached his house, Brian carried Valley up to his bedroom and took it very slow. He wanted to show her just how much her loved her. While when Nick and Melly reached Nick's house, Nick nearly attacked Melly as she got out of the car. Needless, to say, they didn't quite make it to his bedroom tonight. The couch was just going to have to do...again.
