Ironically enough, the Southern Florida area has the largest area of concentration of people from Islamic background in the U.S.  While this proves very little, and while I am an advocate of proof, ANI, the company where the spread of anthrax spores is said to orginate is from, this seems to be quite the concindence.  I do not believe that all Muslims are out to hurt Americans and American interests, just like I feel that not all Irish Catholics are out to kill Irish Protestants.  I do know that the spread of the anthrax bacteria is suspeciously linked by location.
The Anthrax Probe
The sets of letters sent out were of unknown origin.  They were of refined specialized anthrax.  We know that Iraq was at one time involved in anthrax production.  We also know that Iraq allowed Al Qaeda to meet in Iraq and consulted them.  So why is the U.S. government not teeling us what they know?  Well...
Part of it is to limit fear.  Part of it is to use this as proof to the rest of the world's gov'ts that the U.S. has a right to attack Iraq.  Either way, the gov't is "acting" on our best behalf.  They are routing out the infidels and moving on the protect the interest of those U.S. citizens.  And why aren't they telling us?  I do in fact, understand the importance of secrecy in military operations.  I do not, however, understand the secrecy surrounding the probe.  And why are the usual sources of free press not pressing the issue?  Is it old news?  I think that the "agenda" has changed and that they are in cahoots with the government to get the stories.  They are keeping quiet on the probe to get info on the war on terror so the U.S. gov't can fixate itself on Iraq next, so the son can win Daddy's war.  That way the legacy can become alive.  These attemps are just the beginning of the end of what could have been the real democracy that our forefathers envisioned.  They saw the need for secrecy and protection of the people, but they also knew the people were the gov't.  All I have to say is you decide....
