The cost of shipping our knives to customers who purchase them off-line, as well as on-line through our E-bay auctions, will be incorporated into the cost of the knife. At this time, the cost to ship one knife and its sheath by U.S. Priority Mail will be an additional $5.00.
If a customer prefers to send the knife by United Parcel Service, he/she will need to request it specifically. If a customer wishes to purchase a knife, but wants it to be shipped to a third party as a gift, we will honor that request. We will carefully protect and wrap our product so it is, by every effort on our part, received unharmed. We offer the following payment options to our customers (payment for purchases will be made prior to the release of the product): Private purchases, (off-line in person), may be paid with cash, money order, cashiers check, or personal check. Private purchases, (via website/e-mail or phone), may be paid with money order, cashiers check, or personal check. DO NOT SEND CASH. E-bay auction purchases will be paid through PayPal. We have discontinued offering the use of personal credit cards as payment for purchases. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, and sincerely hope our decision will in no way hinder the trust or rapport with our customers that we have worked hard to build. We offer a layaway plan for those who might be interested. A non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total cost of the purchase is required to open a layaway. The balance due shall be paid in full in 90 days. (It is up to the purchaser to remember to send a payment. We do not send a bill.) Balances not paid in full within 90 days will be subject to an additional 15% of the remaining balance per month, until the layaway is paid in full. Purchase may be picked up (or mailed to the customer at their request) after the balance is paid. |
