Hey Boi's!! Gave the site a little update with some new colors and a new recipie.  Also the site is now registered with The WebAlias Network (check out the kewl icon to the right).  New pics coming as soon as I get the film developed (still working on the film from the State Fair in August 2001, so I don't take alot of pics!). I'm still searching for that special guy so you all still have a chance.  Later !!!)

Ok boys - time to update this thing.
It's been almost a year since I started this page and unfortunatly not much has changed.

My SN is Troy.  I'm a single guy living in  North Syracuse NY.  I'm looking for younger guys who like good food and good times, into spectator sports (Hockey - Baseball I'm not much on baseball but I do like to go to the stadium and watch). I love to cook (I'm no gourmet chef), I make alot of "guy food" (see recipe'sbelow).

I'm 5'11", 155 LBs, dark blond hair, hazel eyes, mustache and I wear glasses (You can see that in the pic.)

I've been single now WAY TOOOO LONG!!!(getting tired of it fast).  I've been in a long term relationship (which wasn't all that great I'm sad to say) and am now looking for something new in my life.

So if you've read this far please let know what you think.

  Here's my fav question --
"If you had a build your own man kit (a novel idea), what would you build??"

Try This With The Chicken Cacciatore
               TOMATO SALAD

In a large bowl combine the following:
Tomatoes (I usually use Roma's, but you can use whatever you like)
Onion  (Sweet or Red is really great)
    Green Pepper
    Salt & Pepper
Cut the tomatoes into wedges or into bite size pieces (if your using Roma's slice then lengthwise & then crosscut so you have 6 pieces per tomato)..  Then chop up the onion & green pepper (not too small, but in nice bite size pieces).  Combine in the bowl.
Salt & Pepper to taste.
   You can use any
ONE of the following for the "dressing":
  Olive Oil
  Vinegar
   Italian Dressing

Use just enough to coat the salad.
Toss well and cover.   Let stand for about an hour.  Stir and enjoy!!

                      Kielbasa & Potatoes

1 Lb Kielbasa
2 Cans Sliced Potatoes
!/2 Cup Diced Red Or Green Peppers (Or Both)
!/2 Cup Chopped Onion Or Scallions
!/4 Cup Chopped Celery
8oz Sharp Shredded Cheese
Vegetable Oil
Salt & Pepper

In a large pan add enough oil to coat the bottom.
Over medium heat fry the peppers - onions & celery untill onions are translucent.  Add the sliced potatoes and chop them into halves using a spatula.  Add the Kielbasa, salt and pepper to taste.  Mix together and heat through stiring often.  Top with as much or as little of the cheese as you want ( I usually use almost all the cheese).  Cover and allow cheese to melt.
Serve immediatly.
