What they wore and how they lived
In this movie the Egyptians had animals such as camels, snakes, and sheep. They had Temples with pictures that happened in the past. Then the way they build the Temples was evereybody had to help out because some people had to pull on rope to hold it up and other people would have to carry bags full of sand to make it stay still.
How they dressed was cool because they would have gold arm bracelets and they would have white or other colors as a robe and they would have a wig kind’ve thing on their head.
The Story
In the beginning there’s a lady carrying her baby. They were going to kill the babies that were living. She goes to the river and puts the baby in a basket and they let him go.
He floated to the queen of Egypt and she took him and made him her baby.
A couple years later Moses (the baby) grew up. Rameses (not his real brother) became the king of Egypt.
One day he found his true sister of a long time ago. She told him the truth but he didn’t believe her. She told him to ask his father. He asked and they said it was true.
He left to live in the desert. He found a family so he stayed with them. After some years he finally marries a lady that he lived with.
He was chasing a sheep one day and he came to a sacred ground, and a god spoke to him. He told him to take this staff and release the Hebrews (slaves).
Moses went to Rameses and demanded that he let the slaves go. Rameses said no. Moses said,
“look at the power of god.” Then he puts the staff down and it turns into a big Cobra. These two magicians turn their staffs into snakes and Moses’s snake (staff) eats the two snakes.
Every time Rameses said no, Moses would cast a plague. Until Moses got fed up that Rameses wouldn’t change his mind. So finally Moses casts a plague that every first born child would die unless they have blood around their door. So everybody did it, except Rameses. So a big white storm comes to kill every child. Rameses’ son was outside and he died.
After that Rameses is in a temple and with his son on a bed, and then Rameses puts a blanket over him. Then Moses comes in and Rameses says, “GET OUT OF HERE!"
Then Moses takes every single Hebrew and takes them to freedom. A Hebrew says, “we shouldn’t leave because Rameses will kill us.’’ No he won’t, cause I won’t let him. So they all agree to go with Moses.
Then Rameses comes with all of his soldiers and comes after them. A big flame traps Rameses and his soldiers and Moses quickly puts his staff into the water and it makes a huge gateway for them. They were almost done and the flame quit. Rameses hurries and they almost catch up. When Moses gets on land the gateway closes and it tosses Rameses and his soldiers on their land.
Then Rameses says, “Moses, Moses, Mosesssss!”
Then everybody cheers cause they’re free.
