“Kirsten, telephone!” said my room mate.
“I’ll get it up here!” I said.
“Hello.” I said
“Hi this is Sandy.”
“Hello Sandy”
“Hi, Kirsten we need you to come to Egypt and help us find the lost pyramid! You did study Egypt right!”
“Yeah, but I....”
“Great! We will pay for your trip and we will pay for anything and everything you need! Well sorry but got to go! Please pack and I will be there with Tanya in 1hour. Thanks again and bye!!”
“Well I better pack then!”
1 HOUR LATER
DING DONG! DING DONG! DING DONG! DING...
“Hello.”I said.
“Hey are you ready?” said Sandy.
“Yeah let me go get my things! I’ll be back in one minute!”
“Okay want me to come in and help you! I mean I am sure you have alot! After all we are are staying for 3 months!” she said.
“3 months? They do have washing machines? Don’t they?”
“Well yeah but how are you going to get all your brushes and stuff out?”
“Oh yeah I went blank for a minute there! Sure come in!”
We went inside the house and grabbed my bags and took them outside! I thought to myself will we find the pyramid what will it be like? Will we find the lost pyramid?
It took one hour to get there. Tanaya and I played cards in the back of the car, while Sandy drove!(to the airport that is)When we finally made it it was lunch time and we were starving. “Hopefully they have food on the plane!” said Tanaya.
“I know I'm starved” said Sandy.
“Sandy aren’t we trying to find Connie?” I said.
“Yeah she should be here real soon! The plane will be loading in 5 minutes.” she replied.
“Hey everybody!”said Connie.
“Hi Connie!” we all said together.
“Your just in time!” said Tanaya.
“ Well then lets get going then, shall we?”she said.
“Yeah all right. We need to hurry we only have 3 minutes.”
We walked past the Hot dog stand and I thought Tanaya would die. After all her favorite food is Hot dogs.
"We're here.” exclaimed Sandy.
“Lets hurry so we can find our seats without any trouble.” said Tanaya.
“You just want to get food, but we should hurry and get in line.” said Sandy.
“I want food, but I agree with Sandy lets go” said Connie.
“Excuse me, we have our tickets.” said Sandy
“That laddie looks ready freaky.” I whispered to Tanaya.
“If she is a laddie.” she whispered back.
“Oh yes go in go in.” the laddie said.
“Thank you.” said Sandy.
We got on the plane and the plane started to go! About 20min. after that we got our food and ate it all up. Then it was about 10:00 o’clock pm and we all went to bed! We were going to get there at about oh they said that it would be 7:00 am by the time we landed!
It is 7:00 now. The plane is starting to go down we must be close. People were wakeing up by now.
“The plane will be landing soon, Please buckle up and stay in your seats. I hope you all had a pleasant flight.” said the pilot.
“Hey people get up!”I said to Sandy, Connie, and Tanaya.
“Sh be quite.” Tanaya said in her sleep.
SMACK! Sandy hit Tanaya on her face with the pilow. “Get up lazy!” she yelled.
"Shut up. Sandy! You woke the whole plan up and everyone is staring at us.” I said in an anger voice.
“They are? Does my hair look okay, how about my close how do they look?” said Tanaya as she got up quickly to look at everyone and pose.
“Sit down and buckle up you!” said Connie.
The rest of the flight went okay! We got to Egypt met our tour guide and went to get on the boat. We travel for about 1hour more!
We made it to the hotel and got into our room.
There were only two beds so two people had to sleep on the floor. (I was lucky and got a bed)
“I am so sleepy” said Connie.
“Yeah we had along day looking at all the pyramids, stores, restaurants, and all that stuff!” said Sandy.
“Well lets get to bed then shall we?” I said.
“Yeah lets get to bed!” said Tanaya as she climbed in to her sleeping bag.
We will have along day tomorrow, I thought to myself. Hopefully we find the lost pyramid!
Well we only have 1 week left and we have not found the pyramid yet.
“We will never find it.” Tanaya wined. “i mean we have been looking forever! This is so hopeless!”
“Oh stop your complaining you!” Connie snapped.
Can’t they ever shut up I thought to myself?
“Hey people I found the pyramid” said Sandy.
Sure enough there was a pyramid, but you could barely make it out because it was getting dark and it looked in inch tall!
“Lets go check it out before it gets to dark!” I said.
“Yeah lets hurry.” said Connie.
We walked up to it and it looked like all the other pyramids, but this one is like non other. It had a sort of well red with with the brown.
The next day we told the tour guide we had found it and we went to the exact location. The reason we knew were it was, was we because we marked it in pen! We followed the red markings and we got to were it ended and....... There was no pyramid. I mean the circle around it was there but no pyramid.
“Where is it? This is crazy!” said Tanaya.
"Maybe that's why they call it the lost pyramid because nobody can get it.” I said.
We found the pyramid but we did not have any proof.
