Unfortuneately, America's under the hands of the most stupids - the children of the Great Generation???!!!!!You boast you roast. What does this mean? More stupid policies, more hours, more harassment and less pay for Drivers! Whites have literally dug this industry into the ground! If you are a minority heed the warning! These idiots have only one thing in mind - their own pockets!

1. Latins are now being pigeon-holed into driving positions at less than any illegal or communist applicant! The continued duress, intentional harassment has been raised to trucking company higher management with a hostil response - get rid of him and hire an illegal!

2. The continued lack of professional mechanics is exactly a money proposition that has left million of Truck Drivers with no repairs, sub-standard repairs or drive and loose your income attitude by thousand of Trucking Companies. This only means more deaths to the drivers and the public. Many accidents the driver will loose his livelyhood, be fined or loose his life along with a decent /moral US citizen, the Company gets a slap on the hand and a small fine.

3. Finally, running the fleet into the ground. The DOT has again sided with Corporations in maintaining and containing their ill-minded agenda. The lack of any Labor Laws are intentionally absent in the Trucking Industry! Rules only used for WAR reasons are still being used to justify the lack of any over-sight, reasonable protocol and backroom negotiation. These backroom negotiation have no Driver representation and the results is to fire and terminate the Driver that way acting as if the problem has been resolved but the following day a different Driver is hired with the same circus policies.
