| True Rumor Update: After a state-imposed medically induced stupor lasting nearly 20 years, True Rumor (along with intrepid co-producer/co-conspirator Don Sternecker) have finally completed recording their third album "Songs From the Turnpike Road". The CD was released in 2008, and features Bobby Lee, Steve, and Tim - along with lead guitarist/vocalist "Motor City" Tom Wright. True Rumor's recent entry to the world of MySpace and YouTube has given the Rumor an opportunity to be seen (yikes!) & heard by a whole new generation (that is, people that didn't happen to be listening to College Radio in the 80's). True Rumor's first two albums are also now available as full length CD downloads at Amazon , Soundclick , Rhapsody, and Itunes.
