POLICIES AND PROCEDURES | ||||
1. All rates and expected hours of service will be discussed before work commences. 2. All TRUE BLUE CLEAN rates are non-negotiable. Discounted rates will be agreed upon before work commences. 3. Only one discounted rate will apply on any given day. 4. All specials advertised will be honored according to the dates listed on mailings and the TRUE BLUE CLEAN website. Gift certificates are numbered, signed and dated to guarantee authenticity. 5. Service providers employed by and associated with TRUE BLUE CLEAN may refuse to work in unsafe and unhealthy environments and therefore will only work in a smoke-free environment where this and all other Health and Safety Standards are met. 5. TRUE BLUE CLEAN may terminate current and/or future service to any customer where any of the following situations become apparent: 1) Client is physically and/or verbally abusive, 2) Client is ill and contagious, 3) Client's cheque is returned for insufficient funds, 4) Cleaner is injured during service, and 5) Cleaner falls ill during service. 6. In the case of 5.1, 5.2, 5.3 and 5.4 only, client will assume responsibility for payment of the entire day's work as agreed upon at the date and time of initial booking. |
