Hi! My name is Amanda. Those who know me well may also know me by the name Glenn. Long story. That's me in the picture. I am a musician. To say music is my passion would be an understatement!
Although my dream was to be a full-time musician, I decided having a steady pay-check would help to ensure that I am able to play music, even if it's not my career. So I've decided to go into the electronics field, since I was good at it in high school.
The plan is to try and get into Air Force ROTC. If I could do that, and be an electrician on jets, well, I'd be happy as could be. Wish me luck!

Music is my thing. I play the flute, piccolo, piano, alto sax, and clarinet. I was big into marching band when I was in school. To put it correctly, marching band was life for four years.
   My favorite musician is Paul Simon! I was so happy when I got to see him play live! My favorite song is "You Can Call Me Al." It's great!
   I really like to read. My favorite authors are J.R.R. Tolkin, Terry Pratchett, and Douglas Adams. You should check them out. I belive I've read "The Hobbit," my favorite book, nine or ten times now. Want me to quote some for you?
   I love to go sailing, and I love to fly. I've even flown in a L-9 Piper Cub. (That's a WWII spotter plane).
   I enjoy video games of the role-playing variety, especially the Final Fanasy series. I just love fiction in general, along with sci-fi.
   I like to go out and have fun, like go to the movies, or to the book store and get some coffee. But I don't like to go alone.

I am very close with my family, and I love them very much. Mom, Dad, and brother Patrick. My brother is two years younger than me. Going to movies, Sunday dinners, it's all a blast!
My two best friends are Bethany and Nisey. One of my favorite things to do is to go to our favorite coffee shop and make a scene!
I have two pets - guinea pigs named Lady and Shaft. Both are girls. Lady is white, and Shaft is black (I did NOT name her that. It was a name given by my Dad and bro). They are rather psyco piggies.
