Hi. I’m Aida, the founder of the newletter that I published and distributed three issues in the consciousness raising community of Ottawa. (PLEASE SEE BELOW) Nearly 10 years ago, March 1995, I was reading an article in Tone Magazine, Ottawa’s consciousness raising community magazine. The title of the article I was reading contained the name Jeshua in it and I became intrigued.

The three individuals that founded/created Three Keys Home, Larry Singer, Sylvia Satov and Len Satov, were being highlighted in this article. They were offering their services to those in need. They felt that having their services offered on a love offering basis left it up to the individual to decide how much to pay. Larry Singer, a deep trance medium, offered psychic readings; Sylvia Satov offered Healing Dance Classes; and Len Satov offered Vibrational Energy Healings.

This appealed to me, considering I could not really afford expensive readings or information about the mysteries surrounding the events that were taking place in my life at that time. Especially from what I felt to be a very prophetic kind of message in a dream that I had before I met these people on January 11, 1995.

After the 11:11 Gateway Activation Ceremony I attended on November 11, 1994, I began to meet a lot people in the spiritual/new age/holistic health community. I truly felt that I fit in. It was not a club or an organization I was joining. It was an energy I was exploring and environment. A state of mind people exist in. A place of positivity.

It is what I needed to be around. I was around negativity at home in my marriage and needed an escape from it. I found that when I could escape to places like the Mystic Crystal, run by Bonnie and Garry Rhondeau, next to the Unity Church at the time. It was at peace. I was at home. They welcomed me and I welcomed the love they were willingly sharing with all that came.

This dream from January 1995, was unusual to me, yet familiar. I will not go into great detail here of the dream but rather will leave you with this. I saw the face of Jesus and the face of “Satan”

Welcome to Creative Energy Source News. It is an honour to be providing you with a newsletter. I know that you will find that you can relate to some of the stories and experiences being shared here. There is a message for each and every one of us. Let us allow ourselves to be openminded about the thoughts and ideas that are presented here.

In order for you to allow yourself to manifest spirit you may need to know how to go about doing this. Or you may already be searching for your answers. Consider this an opportunity knocking. You won't know who's at the door until you open it, right? Allow yourself to open that door, step inside, and let inspiration do the rest.

Some of you, are and have been experiencing some, what appear to be, unusual things. You could be having dreams that you are unable to interpret, feeling like there must be something more to life than this - what we see in the physical world - you may notice that your level of energy or vibrations have risen. You may even be experiencing some form of spiritual phenomena. You've been to psychics, healers, regression therapists, etc.

Yet, you have more questions. Your problems are not going away. Or you are still worried about what life has to offer in a world so filled with pain and anguish.

You are not alone. Many of us have felt this way. I know what you are experiencing and I have the means to provide you with the highest level of personal growth assistance you are looking for.

Everyone of us, young and old, is inherently good natured. It should be natural for us to be loving and giving of ourselves, never expecting anything in return. From the time we are infants we are aware of our spirituality, our inherent reality.

Our life is predetermined in the "Life Between Life" plane called the Bardo. On this plane, where we wait to enter into the earth plane, we know exactly who we will become and the lessons to learn in this life time.

As infants we grow and develop into what our environment shapes us to be. Our parents, friends, and teachers, influence our lives either to behave positively or negatively.

From what I can see we do not live up to our expectations. We depend on material things to make us happy. We're always looking for what will make life easier. We are not looking for or striving to be the person we intended before we crossed over from the Bardo onto the earth plane.

Greed, money, power, hate, anger, jealousy, and war all vibrate to negative energy forces. They fill our hearts with heaviness, with darkness, with fear. Some of us may not even be aware of what the effects of these negative energies are on the mind and the body. Many of us become attracted to negative forces or we become cold hearted, and sick.

Love, peace, joy, and harmony. This is what we have to strive for in life. These are the positive vibrations that make us assertive, warm hearted, and bring Light into the very core of our beings, our souls.

Many of us grow up with some religious background and are taught that God is male. God, the creative force, love, the divine, whatever you may choose to call it, has no gender. This force is not external by any means.

Take a look around you. This energy force is in everything from the air you breath to a grain of sand, from the skies above to the core of your being. Everything and everyone is divine. We ought to be Light, Love, and Peace unto everything and everyone within our sphere.

Why are some of us not very nice, don't have many kind words to say to others at times, why so much crime and violence? I can't answer all those questions but I can share with you that in order to free ourselves from this kind of life we must change from the inside out. We can only heal from the core. Then outwardly, in our appearance and actions, will we change. Humanity can heal itself. Humanity can feel that life is worth living, that there is a purpose to this existence.

THE HEALING PROCESS:

We are all in need of some healing. Otherwise, we would not be experiencing illnesses throughout our lives.

Medical professionals are highly educated individuals. For myself, in the many years I have been going to doctors, I never felt 100% comfortable with their conclusions or diagnosis. My gut feeling was always telling me differently.

I'm not saying that doctors aren't doing their jobs effectively, but rather I mean there could be something more personalized in their practices. I just wish that medical professionals could put the books aside, listen from the heart and guide the patient to recovery rather than magnify the problems with drugs, etc.

When you consult a doctor and he/she gives a diagnosis - prescription - it should be in agreement with your intuition - your gut feeling. Voicing these thoughts to your doctor may bring about a mutual understanding of the problem.

It should come naturally to trust one's instincts, to know that what ever is causing the particular ailment comes from within the mind's perception of self.

When one feels low self esteem, unworthiness - of love, attention, acceptance - even forgiveness, these feelings can affect one's well being.

Through Love one can heal self. Learning how to do this means one has to believe in one's heart that energy does flow through the body.

Everyone is a channel for energy. So many of us feel that we don't have the gift - that one thing that connects us to our own spirituality - our inherent reality beyond the seen. We tend to determine life's meaning by what we can see and not by what we feel. In my book, feelings rule.

When we respond to life with our intuitive side we feel more in control, more within our own truth. This is the manifestation of spirit from within. Manifesting spirit really means to reveal yourself to the outside world. To show the loving side of your nature. The one that is forgiving of self and of others. Most of all allow yourself to have a close bond with the you of you - love yourself.

Everywhere I go I hear, "love yourself." Yet, when I look around I see many people that do not truly love themselves. Why is this? Are you so unlovable? Don't believe it!

Self love goes beyond the ego to the energy within. Love is the absence of fear. As you love God in all beings, you will love the God in self, forgiving self and others. Forgiveness heals.

CREATIVE EXPRESSION: A FORM OF HEALING

Expressing oneself can be very hard to do. When we cannot fully express ourselves we can create a blockage. One that prevents the spiritual nature of self, that which lies at the inner core, to be manifested.

These creative talents and gifts we possess - that some of us don't acknowledge or admit to having - make us who we are. When we block these expressions of creativity from flowing from within, we in essence prevent ourselves from speaking our truth, or expressing it.

When you do not express your- self there are usually physical signs of a blockage in the throat, nose, and ears. Also, many people have allergies. Why is it that only some people have them? I believe happiness with the self will cure these minor ills.

We all know someone very close to us who experiences reactions to various elements. By observing mannerisms, attitudes towards others, one can see negativity being expressed. This negativity can cause allergies among other things. When one unconsciously behaves in this manner one brings these symptoms upon the self. When you are aware of the cause of your symptoms, know you can change to become well. Seek to be loving and accepting of others when expressing yourself.

OUR VIEW TOWARDS LIFE

It is sometimes the self's view towards life that will determine life's view toward the self. Thoughts and words are very crucial to our health. When they are expressed in negative form that energy does return to the self eventually. When we view others with respect and consideration others will view us in the same way. When we forgive another, others will be forgiving. Remember, that it is not necessary to expect forgiveness from others. What is essential is that you have forgiven yourself.

Forgiveness is the key to love. It is what we need to do in order to break down the barriers that we put up to prevent us from getting hurt. Forgive, forgive, forgive. It is a key to a higher level of loving.

It makes no difference if you are a law abiding citizen or a hard criminal, the act or thought, once forgiven you allow the healing to take place. Search deep within your being and feel the love you so deserve. You are important no matter what you do in the physical sense. It is important to manifest the love inside you. Light is generated from that love source/creative energy that you alone can create within you.

LIVING YOUR LIFE TO PERFECTION!

Know that all that you are experiencing is happening just the way it is supposed to in order that your soul can progress. It is important to the development of the soul that it experience all that there is. All experiences are a part of this development. Know that there are lessons that are learned from each experience.

Although we perceive illness as a punishment, it is a learning opportunity. This may be a message to your unconscious that it is time to heed the warning. That it is time to change in order to make a better life for yourself and others.

Each of us has the same goal. Although, we may follow a different path, one that is designed to suit our individual needs, what we learn matters a great deal to the development and the growth of the soul. Indeed, you are perfect just the way you are. Allow Light into your life and you will find a wonderful reality waiting for you there.

GREETINGS!

The purpose of Creative Energy Source News is to provide the opportunity for all to participate in the raising of consciousness. We can assist, direct, and enhance the realization of others through sharing our gifts and talents, our feelings and thoughts, our joys and sorrows about what is taking place on our planet Earth at this time.

Hello everyone! It has been some winter hasn't it? The first day of spring has brought us much snow. This is normal for Ottawa, wouldn't you agree. Just in knowing that the snow will not last is very comforting.

How much things have changed since Creative Energy Source News printed the first issue in Autumn. All around us there have been shifts of energy. Whether you are feeling it physically, emotionally, financially, or spiritually, please know you are not alone.

Each human, plant, animal, entity is going through something quite extraordinary at this time. I hope you find the articles presented here helpful while we go through and experience these shifts. Hold on tight, put your seat belts on. It's going to be a fast and bumpy ride. But know there are many people that can help us get through this with ease, and Grace.

"COMING HOME"

Just when you thought you had it all figured out, that you have been through enough - how much more can you take? Know that the journey toward the Light isn't a straight and narrow one. There are many forks in the road with obstacles to barrel through. Many lead to the Light.

Only you know what to do. No one said it was going to be easy. Look around you. What do you see? Feel it with your heart, it always knows. The truth lies just ahead of you. Just a few more steps now then, you'll be through the door that leads to Love, Light, Peace and Harmony.

But along the way, before you reach that door, there is a tunnel, a tunnel of darkness - as it appears to be. It is but an illusion. For it is the realization that only the you of you can fit through this time space. You realize that all the baggage you have with you has to be left behind.

You find it difficult to part with the belongings which you have made a part of you - to be left behind in order to reach the Doorway. You wait at the base of the tunnel, not knowing whether to turn back to the way things were in your comfy little world - full of confusion, fear, and detachment.

You hear a voice inside of you calling, urging you onward, to take the chance and leave what you must behind in order to fit through that tiny space - the tunnel to the Doorway. You take one last look behind you and finally you make a choice. To let it all go, drop off behind you, as you enter the tunnel toward the Light.

As you move through this space you feel nothing but love, support, and freedom. You're getting closer now to the Doorway to Light. You allow yourself to be guided by the forces, those same forces that brought you here in the first place.

These are the forces that are of the Highest Source. You are going home - back to the Light, where you've been time and time again to refill your being with the purest essence of Life - Love. There's nothing like it! You feel so overwhelmed by what you see there inside the Doorway, that you cannot contain the joy for much longer. Your laughter rings out - out into the space and reverberates back to you. There is nothing more wondrous than the sound of your own laughter. This is Bliss!

HUMANITY'S PURPOSE HERE AND NOW

We identify ourselves as the ones who dwell amongst you, but you do not see us, for we exist in the fifth dimensional zone, which is yet still invisible to most, although some do see us.

Yes, we exist alongside each and every one of you and send you Love and Compassion for we know that you are going through tremendous changes and some are painfully separating you from those you love most dearly. There exists right now, upon the Earth an energy so loving, that it has the ability to tear away all illusions which exist, to which keep us separate. So you ask, if this is so, then why do we feel separation more now than ever.

All of you must first re-experience the separation that was agreed upon before entering your now physical bodies. This is the first step. This must be done so that the pain can be felt once again so that you may let go of any suppressed emotions which developed as a result of the separation. You see when the original separation occurred, all of you began to lose you memories of who you were.

You had vague memories of how things used to be when we were all together. This vague feeling left you with a sensation of having lost something wonderful and not being able to remember what it was. This left an empty space (vacuum) which needed to be filled. Not knowing that it was love which was needed, the space was filled with anxiety and fear, and finally self judgement.

The very thing which you wanted the most (wholeness, oneness and union) was now the thing which you pushed farther away. The remembrance of the separation before you came here must be rekindled so that oneness can once more be attained.

Each of you must feel the tremendous pain which ripped us apart so that you could do our work more efficiently upon the Earth. We would very much like to take this pain from you, but we are aware that the pain will be the very thing which will bring back the remembrance of the oneness. It is a necessary step to go through to reach the other side of separation. You are very close to accomplishing this now. There are no short cuts, each must experience the pain, for this is the only way back to where you came from.

Going back home is the one thing you all strive for, it is the strong drive within all of us, which propels us forward and thrusts us into the unknown. Once you reconnect again, the unknown will become familiar and all fear will subside for you will have accomplished what you came here to do in the first place.

You have come here to experience the separation for a cause so great it illudes your memories. It is our intent to help you remember by sending you love and compassion for we wait in anticipation for this great event to happen. All we can tell you at this moment is as each one of you gets closer to remembering the sooner our goal is reached. To help with this we have devised something which each of you can do easily to help you remember:

Take ten (10) minutes each day to sit quietly where you will not be interrupted and ask for your memories to come into your conscious awareness of the purpose - of why you came to the Earth in the first place.

This will speed up the process. Once again we love you dearly and await for the day when only Love, Peace, and Joy exists upon the Earth and this is sooner than you may realize. We are the Earth Spirits or Devas who work along side you to help keep energies in balance.

EARTH CHANGES/PEOPLE CHANGES

If you've been keeping your ears open in the New Age community, read any channellings, or read Nostradamus, or even Revelation in the Bible, then no doubt you've come across the predictions of Earth changes, cataclysmic upheavals, and natural disasters and catastrophes. Often mentioned along with these dire circumstances are plagues, wars, and mass death.

The spiritual reasons involve humanity needing to change drastically. Greed, hate, fear and our continuing destruction of the planet must be changed, and since the mundane world we live in allows us to remain apathetic, it is thought that such crises as have been mentioned would force our true humanity out of us, and change ourselves and our planet for the better.

We know this is true. Often, people faced with cancer and/or death have demonstrated how such immediate problems provoke transformations in them, including becoming more loving, more spiritual, less materialistic, more alive, and having an entirely new and positive attitude towards the life they are living, and why they are living it.

But this does not mean that cancer, or premature death are desirable. What is desirable is the transformation of the human. And what is desirable and needed at this time is the transformation of the planet Earth and the people living on it, and not Earthquakes, floods, and death. There are many ways to heal Earth and its people. The aforementioned disasters are one way. There are an infinite number of other ways, and the positive ones are the ones to be concentrating on, not the negative ones.

We, in the New Age community, often state that we create our own reality. If this is true, then why should we feel at the mercy of a predestined future? We create what we believe in, what we give our attention to, and what we give emotion to. So let's put our attention, emotion, and belief into love, unity, freedom, expanded consciousness and peace. Start here and now with your neighbour, your family and friends, everyone around you, and most importantly, yourself.

It isn't as complicated as it sounds. I saw a psychic many years ago who made all sorts of predictions for me that year, including one negative one: that I would be involved in a car accident. Most of the positive ones came true, because I wanted them to. The car accident never happened because I heeded the warning. And that's what negative predictions are: a warning, and an opportunity to change the outcome of the future.

How many times have we had psychics predict things that never happen? So the disasters do not have to happen. I have read many channellings from different sources that clearly state that humanity can change enough to defer Earth changes for awhile (in fact, we already have), decrease their severity if they do come, or avoid them altogether. That information exists as surely as all the negative predictions do.

It is our reality, and we create it. Realize that whether you wake up to a world with Earthquakes, OR to a world of peace, it is your choice. The outcome is in many ways a very personal decision, a personal choice, and it holds much personal significance for you as an individual. Whatever is happening in your world, your reality, whether it's in your home, or on the other side of the planet, is happening because you put it there. The worlds that each of us individually, and en masse surround ourselves in, tell us a lot about ourselves, because our world is always the objectification of your own inner issues. Think about the possibility that if you are anticipating natural disasters, reading avidly any information connected with Earth changes, then part of you actually wants them to happen.

Ultimately, there are no good guys and bad guys. there are no real 'evil doers' that 'need to be removed.' There are just humans, all with varying amounts of pain, suffering, joy, and lessons to be learned. The politicians and heads of big corporations who we deem as so corrupt, are only really representations of our own inner issues, moved from inside us, to outside of us. Don't forget that we put them there, one way or another.

I am not saying that Earth changes and other upheavals are not possible - we've had many already, including more storms than usual, more aggression in people, political and economic conflict, and a couple of new diseases. What I AM saying is that these things, especially on a grand scale, are not inevitable. Think positively. Don't prepare for a cataclysmic future. Live in the present, deal with all of life's real issues, in the Now. Now is creating tomorrow.

"ON CHANNELLING"

I didn't know anything about channelling so I decided to try it out. I found that, though I can communicate with other beings such as guides, angels, etc., as well as myself of course, I didn't feel comfortable with the term "channelling" nor receiving guidance from seemingly outer sources--it just isn't my truth. Then I realized that if we are all unique expressions of the whole, as I believe we are, then any information that we resonate with, whether received through other physical beings, etheric beings or ourselves, is of us. For like is attracted to like, and wherever we go we ultimately meet self.

So, do we really have to "channel" self? When we use this term we automatically put a separation between various aspects of self. Isn't it a shame that our own inner knowing has to be "channelled" by our guides, angels, alien beings or what-have-you in order for us to listen. Why do we not wish to listen to ourselves?

It seems to me that some people do not even want to acknowledge the 'personality' (or the lower self as some call it) -- they only desire communication with their higher, inner self, or better yet, their guides or angels, or even better yet, someone else's. I think this is because we no longer respect and admire our personalities (or outer being) -- some do not even trust their higher being. However, we do admire and respect our higher selves or if not that, then our guides and beings outside ourselves, (preferably dead, better if never having lived -- at least here). It all sounds like the same game we have all played in our youth - "mine is bigger than yours."

I think it's wonderful that so many of us are connecting to our source, but please let us not leave our personalities behind! There is beauty there. And just how is our inner being - once we have agreed to listen to ourselves - going to express itself? Perhaps, and it's the only way I can think of, through the very humanness we seem to be trying to get rid of. Do you not think we have created the perfect vehicle for the expression of source? Perhaps they are one and the same.

Perhaps we no longer need to separate ourselves with terms such as "channelling." Maybe we can come to believe in the wholeness we truly are. And isn't that what we came here for - to be and express all of who we are? I know that I did.

SHARING

For the enlightenment of all souls, is needed the element of sharing. Through this, lessons learned are lessons given and all benefit from one another. The spoken and written word are the easiest ways to communicate to the masses. Expression of self lends a variety of knowledge as each individual offers a particular view or direction. Understanding that all have the option of choice open to them, one may reflect on only a portion or of the whole, whichever seems true for that particular one.

Manifesting spirit means 'to grow,' expand higher or forward, however one may perceive such. IN the sharing of one's self, through various mediums, the growth of others is expanded as well and has a branching out effect. Through voice or word, each person one touches is affected.

Truth may come from one's mind, knowledge from others that is stored for such a purpose as the written word. The truest form is that which is spoken or written from the heart, that absolute true belief in what one is stating. What is gained from this, is a gathering of those whose truths or beliefs are of a likeness and a knowing, and an inner search for knowing for those who are not. The inner search brings truth for that particular individual. There is no right or wrong, only what rings true for oneself. Learning from others, in any form, is only an aid in finding the inner knowing of oneself.

Sharing oneself is therefore important in the growth of self and instrumental in that of others. Knowing that all are connected, bits and pieces of truth from one will resound with many. In the sharing of many, the knowing and understanding of oneness will prevail within all, in time.

FINDING MY VOICE

I was looking through all the pamphlets and brochures that I had picked up at Unity Church sometime in 1994, when I came across something that instantly caught my eye. I had, for some time now, been very interested in a particular band - obsessed seemed more like it (to know me one would understand what this means), and I just love singing along while listening on my stereo. I was not particularly pleased with the sound of my voice and I was wishing that I could go for lessons or something like that.

After I had found the brochure with the words 'Dance on Winds of Sound' I called the gentleman, Barclay McMillan, to enquire about the workshops that he was facilitating. I was very pleased with what he had said and I desperately wanted to attend.

When I asked him how much it cost to attend, I felt sad. I did not have enough money and the workshop was only three days away. I thanked him for his time and for all the valuable information. Oh, well, maybe next time, I thought.

Then a surprise came my way! He called me two days later with an offer I could not refuse! There was an individual that attends his workshops regularly who could not attend and had already paid in advance. This Special-Angel-of-an-Individual was offering his spot as a scholarship (talk about "coincidence").

The next thing that happened blew my mind. Barclay was asking ME if I would like to fill his spot. Me, of all people! I was so floored and excited about this that I could hardly contain my joy. I quickly said yes. It was the most wonderful thing that had happened to me in a very long time.

My energy went way up there and I could not sleep. I showed up early so that I could speak to Barclay personally to express my undying gratitude for this opportunity.

The day went very well! Barclay talked for a short while about the background of sound, vibration, etc. and the affect it has on the human body, the planet earth, and the universe. It was very informative.

We did some toning/chanting exercises until it was time for lunch. It felt great and the fact that we were in a church created an angelic resonance throughout the building. I felt so uplifted, so high on the energy that was running through me.

After lunch we sang some songs and got to put our voices to work. By the end of the day I could not believe my ears. There were about 20 of us that attended the workshop, and when we were done we sounded like a choir that had been singing together for some time.

I would recommend this type of workshop offered by Barclay McMillan to those with an interest in singing, resonance, healing, toning and just plain fun! It is also a wonderful way to meet some beautiful people.

"COINCIDENCE"

My husband and I had decided on looking for land to build our own house and grow our own organic vegetables. Already, within a week, we had found a nice looking 10 acre lot somewhat in the middle of nowhere.

When we were out there the second time to get a better idea of what the land was like, I was tramping around "the bush" with our 2-year-old daughter, while my husband was at the other end of the property. I was talking to my guides and helpers "upstairs" on the other plane, asking for their advice - if this was the right place for us to live.

At the same time a book that I had read a long time ago, popped into my mind. Its author had asked for guidance in some kind of difficult situation and specifically wanted to find a rose as confirmation - which was given to her within a few days. I basically was hoping for some kind of likewise symbol, yet didn't dare to ask for a rose. After all, we were in the bush!

Guess what happened?! A little while later, when Karina and I had caught up with Lloyd, he, all of a sudden said, "Look, here is a wild rose."

Thinking about this incident now gives me goosebumps, but believe it or not - at that moment it didn't click with me. Only on our drive home did I realize what was going on. I had asked for a sign but nearly would have missed it!

A DOLPHIN SWIM EXPERIENCE

A gift I would recommend everyone give themselves, is swimming with the dolphins. Bonnie and I, recently had the pleasure of swimming with two dolphins, AJ and Stanley at the Dolphin Research Centre, Grassy Key, Florida. AJ was a Bottlenose Dolphin and Stanley was a Spotted Dolphin, both of them with unique personalities. When I first saw them and the size of them, (they're a lot bigger than I expected), I was a little bit nervous about getting in the water with them. But once I was in their energy field, I couldn't help but feel wonderful. Bonnie was even more nervous than I was and she had the same experience. The group of people we were with, two other women and two children, also responded the same way. The dolphins are so open, loving, gentle, and full of fun. They make you feel welcome and like they really want to spend time with you.

At the Dolphin Research Centre, the dolphins are trained to do specific tasks with each person. Before swimming with them, we were shown a video, and taught about how to be with them. The Centre's objective is to make it a safe encounter for both their clients and the dolphins. I was very impressed by the love that is expressed between the trainers and the dolphins. The dolphins have a part of the dolphin-pen that is theirs alone and if they don't want to be a part of the swim at any time, they simply go there, and their wishes and desires are honoured and respected by the trainers.

We were first introduced to AJ and Stanley, by stroking them on the back before getting in the water. Stanley even had to show us he had spots on his tongue. The dolphins' skin is soft and really not a lot unlike our own in how it feels. AJ was more experienced than Stanley. As a matter of fact, according to the trainers, we were very fortunate to swim with Stanley, as most of them hadn't yet had the privilege. We were some of the first people to be with him. He was like a young teenager, full of pep and vinegar, and the simple joy of being alive. We really enjoyed his energy.

Two dolphins would each offer their dorsal fins to us and then pull us all over the place. Each person got a dolphin kiss and got to shake their flippers. When they come out of the water directly in front of you and stand on their tail, to offer their flippers for a handshake/rub, you realise they are huge. It's quite a thrill. They will mimic something you do in the water, and push you around by the feet, while your on your back.

I had such a thrill when I was laying on my back, waiting for them to come up and put their "noses" on my feet to push me around. I activated the Reiki in my hands and Stanley was drawn to push my hand instead of my foot. After that he went to everyone else's hand, (probably looking for more Reiki). The trainer was really surprised, and said Stanley had invented a new trick.

At one point, I was sending Reiki to the dolphins, and they just started spinning and wouldn't seem to stop, especially Stanley. We were all laughing, enjoying his antics and getting into the joy of the moment. The trainer was laughing and wondering why he was acting so crazy. We know it was the Reiki, but kept it to ourselves.

I wish that it could have been longer. I would have loved to just be with the dolphins, without them always being busy at doing something. I would recommend a dolphin swim for everyone. It really is a treat!

Creative Energy Source News was created to connect people from all communities. It's a forum for the purpose of arising to the understanding of our awake-ness; to assist and guide through the process of raising the vibrations of self and of Earth.

Creative Energy is the force that we come here with at birth. It is and has always been there. When we decide to express ourselves through the heart centre or chakra, we utilize our innate creative energy.

In the sharing of ourselves with others we decide to share our human-ness and our spiritual-ness. All forms of expression connect us to our many selves.

It is in this sharing of our creative talents which connects us to the "SOURCE" of the All That Is. This is how Creative Energy Source News came to be.

"SOMETHING TO THINK ABOUT"

I read a book recently that inspired me to write this article and sparked a light deep inside of me. I wanted to share how it made me feel. But first a little about change:

You may or may not agree that there is something that is coming that can change a lot of things in a very BIG way. We know we really need this change, but sometimes change means there will have to be some adjustments. Can the coming changes be what we have been asking for and praying for all this time?

Can the human race handle what is coming? There is so much in the world that we spend our precious "time" focusing on that we ignore or forget our true purpose for being here.

As conditions exist, we focus on our problems, our neighbour's problems, crime, racism, politics, religion, money, power, etc. - that we become blinded to the truth.

What truth is this? We are constantly bombarded with what "seems" to be the truth. We have been sifting through the pile to find wisdom; to find the solutions to the problems of our world - the world we created. Since we have created this world, we each are responsible for finding the solution. How do we begin to do what we have come here to do amidst all the confusion?

Those of us that were not aware and are becoming so, could have been spared becoming fearful and naive about the reality of human existence. If our parents had the opportunity or had been allowed to explore their intuition, ask their questions and get answers from their parents, about the Universe and all that is contained within it, we would all be in a better state of knowing.

In order to fix the problems we have to know what the problems are, and what is causing them. We each know what it is that we want to do and know we can do it. We run up against so much opposition though, and it gets pretty frustrating in the meantime as we try to make our voices heard across the lands of our planet. Everywhere we turn, the doors close in our faces.

It is time to know, time to be given instructions as to what the next step is. It is like we are all waiting to be told what to do. As parents ourselves (for those that are), we try to instruct (teach) our children to be a certain way. Little do we know that they come here with all the knowing that we have, if not more.

Are parents trying to teach children their own (old) ways? Children come here to share the vibration of Love with us. How can they do this effectively when at times these children are not shown that love is a state of being, not an act of doing.

Children have so much to teach us, if only we would listen. Let's listen to the children more. They may know what we seek, for they seek the same. Give the children a chance to show you how they can love, that they can handle change.

On that note I come to the subject of Nikola Tesla:

In the book "Nikola Tesla - Free Energy and the White Dove," I learned of Nikola Tesla's ability to tap into universal energy and from that place brought us breakthroughs in technology, as did others in search of harnessing energy.

This man was definitely beyond his years, and most definitely ahead of any other here on Earth at that time. At least in my opinion he was.

In the 1850's, around the time that Tesla was born, there wasn't the use of electrical power. As a young man he had invented several energy devices. He was considered to be a man ahead of his time. It very well be that he was the only one allowed to realize the importance of harnessing power for the free use and benefit of all humanity. It was his intent and purpose that gave him sole ownership of the information that could set us all free.

He came to the Earth to manifest and bring to our awareness, the use of 'Free Energy.' What is free energy and how can we benefit from it?

It is the use of electrical power directly from the most natural source that we know - the Earth. He discovered a way to harness this gift, and no one wanted to hear of it. Sure, they listened to what he had to offer, but the "big wigs" wanted nothing to do with it.

Why could they not hear? Because of the simple fact that there would be so much money lost by letting the public have the use of this free power? Were they just getting used to the idea of the power of money and greed? Money and power can cloud the thinking of the simplest of humans. Why could they not see the benefits of the use of Free Energy?

"Electricity is free in the atmosphere, a gift of God to His people." We had no way of knowing what the "big wigs" were up to for they did not share what they knew. Tesla shared. Only very few could hear. But so few could convince the masses alone. There had to be another way.

If we look back to the late 1800's and early 1900's, when the discoveries and inventions of many things came to be, humans were not accustomed to having the use of technology, especially what is available to us in the 90's. And when the "big wigs" heard of Tesla's discovery, they did everything to keep it swept under the carpet so to speak.

If the masses knew of the use of free energy, those in power at that time would be unable to succeed with their plan to profit. So it was better for them at that time not to share what they knew.

Since that time we have come a long way technologically and have become heavy consumers of electricity, and fuel products. In this sense we are truly harming our environment. The media and other sources contribute to our belief system that it is up to each individual to participate in the cleaning up of the plant. Yet, for some reason those who control this show get to do what they want.

Through the use of Free Energy we can utilize the all that is to heat our homes, provide lighting, electrical power, and allow the planet to find balance to put it into harmony with all Universal vibrations. We can only find balance by working together.

Today, we allow power and greed have full reign. What is it about our society that just makes us the way that we are? We think that we have to work to make money to survive, to feed our families, to pay for our dwellings, to live luxuriously. Is it fear of change?

Well then, how do we go about finding a solution to the fear on this planet. There is so much fear: of death, of loss, of the unknown. When we learn to let go of fear we will make room for new and lasting things.

We are so afraid of those in power that we forget who really has the power. We are the ones with the power. It is time to recognize that. In the power I do not mean control, I mean energy - freedom to take back our own omnipotence; to choose on way over the other.

Is there only one choice? What other choices do we have? Will masses choose change? At the rate we are all going we'll be doomed in no time. It's time to find out what there is left to do. Now is when we must seek change.

When humanity is ready to make use of the free energy systems with the intent to be given freely for all to use, we may then have an awareness of how many can benefit.

If you had to choose a better way of living, which could mean giving up somehing that you were used to having, would you let go of the things that no longer serve you and others in order to achieve a common goal? How many of us would?

Tesla didn't have the technology and communication systems that we have today, for if he had he would have been able to achieve his goal for humanity. Because he wanted to give the gift of this knowledge to us freely, he would have succeeded, for all with common sense would see what he was showing us.

When people would discover that there would be no cost to the consumer and that this energy was all around us, for all to use, then they may realize much, much more about their existence on this and other planets.

Just look around. Do you feel what is coming? We all think it is war, or some cataclysm. Remember things aren't what they seem. We must look deeper within ourselves for the rest of the truth. Is this not what we are all striving for? Truth.

In order for us to bring Love, Light, Serenity, and Peace to our physical world we will have to change something. We can change the energy of the power we have - to choose to use it, rather than to misuse it. In using energy wisely, we must first now more about energy. Don't you think?

I hope we can continue from where Tesla left off. He was on to something. Let's give "Free Energy" the opportunity to prove itself. Then we can decide appropriately how to proceed with the Great Change that is Upon Us.

When we have this in our world, all other worlds in the Universe benefit. Then, we will have freedom of choice, freedom of lifestyle, freedom to access the "SOURCE" within. I'd say we all have Something to think about, wouldn't you?

FORMS THAT BIND

"Enlightenment" is a deep inner knowing from which successful action proceeds. It has been my perception that rituals, done in good faith, can often be misunderstood and function as a distraction.

For a long time, I had a long list of ritualistic behaviours that I believed I had to do before I could make contact with GOD. For example, I had to perform certain preparatory rites involving complex symbols, crystals, chants and breathing before I could go within and experience my "inner peace."

Although I grew somewhat from this rather strict practice, there was a flaw in the way I was doing it. If per chance I was unable to perform my rituals, I would feel frustrated and unfulfilled.

What had happened was that I had mistakenly thought that my happiness depended on these exercises, I believed that GOD was something that could be ACCOMPLISHED, when it is a PRESENCE that need only be recognized.

This led me to the realization that all the ceremonies were not necessary to do all the time - my intent and belief system were what mattered most.

What the practices had done in fact, was aid me in developing my self-esteem.

We need to let go of the idea that there is something that we need to do first to be peaceful and happy. The way to be peaceful and happy is to be peaceful and happy. Spiritual practices can be misused as crutches. We can become so attached to a teacher, GOD that we want, and not the habit.

According to Allan Cohen, stopping at vegetarianism or a particular form of meditation is like hanging out on a Boardwalk and forgetting to pass "GO." In the end all forms must go.

When we realize that GOD is everywhere, it becomes easy to see and love Her in all that we do. Every word becomes a prayer, every action a spiritual ceremony, and everyday a holi(holy)day.

ANIMAL KINGDOM

Having been asked to write an article on communicating (channelling) with/for the animal kingdom, I felt almost a pleading but urgent unspoken message to watch for signs and information on earth changes.

Little do most people know, that the animal world and dimensions also exist amongst us. They are never really gone.

As I look at one of my aged cats, I see the slight cloud over the eyes. She is so wise, and when I ask, "How can it be that her time is so short here," the answer is, 'you already know.' The energy and light we have given her has carried her this far.

Now we feel pressure from outside forces move amongst us. She and all of her world ask that we listen and help. She is calm and patient, ever knowing and as all, ever waiting. When I sat to write this article, Source picked up the message waiting from her heart to mine, and this is what came through from the oneness of both.

"For all those who are aware and listening, pay attention to the earth -climate, political, economic, and environmental changes. Included amongst these are the very essence of life. As humans, we have tendency to only notice that which affects us or our lives, so to speak. As one change occurs, it creates an unbalance of life as we have created it in many other areas. This reality is already beginning to topple as Universal and Earth energies begin their attempt to balance.

"Now is the time to pay attention to the smallest details of life. Not just our own, but all that exists around and with us, for they are of us. There are many who carry a 'like' vibration of energy with other life forms within this realm. A common one being that with the animal kingdom. We as humans, resonate easily with those beings who have needs that are so close to our own. We often forget, that it is these creatures who embrace life and struggle to exist in, and are of Light, who have mastered the joys of just 'being' - an unspoken knowing of the elements of life and survival and what circle of existence is created, when all is left to follow its proper path.

And we call ourselves the most intelligent of animals. Begin to take a closer look at all that is around you. From the tiniest insect and plant to the closest level of intelligence to that of human. As the energy shifts faster and faster, all worlds amongst us are changing, struggling to move into balance. A seemingly vicious streak is beginning to show in all worlds, as the negative arises to meet the ever stronger positive. Stay grounded in aide of those who do or will not recognize or understand.

This includes those who cannot speak for themselves. We do not give them credit for knowing but form the perception of other realities, they do know and are acting according to their purpose and path. Do we stand in their way? No. We watch, learn, and listen, in hope that we as a mass will be able to use the keys that they have carried for us, for so long.

They humble us into the realization of the very human world we have created and the pedestal we have looked down upon them from. Let us join them in oneness, to bring in and raise this earth's vibration as was intended. As they help us, lend aid to them, and the unspoken love and knowledge will be passed. Speech is a gift to humans - use it to pass on what the kingdoms know.

"Did you know the most difficult individual to exist and love within your reality is yourself? One can run around loving everyone else, but you have the most difficulty loving the self, recognizing the worth of self. In your realities you are very comparative. You look to others measuring the self to others.

You can fall in love with those others and they measure above yourself in your context and understanding, but you have the greatest of all difficulties measuring your self values and raising that above others.

Why do you think others love you? Because indeed, they view you in a measurable quality. They perceive you as having those aspects of self that they would desire to have - they would love to have. You reflect those needs and you fall in love with the individual, and they with yourself.

Now, you have off-times heard that one should not need in order to love. We would take disagreement with such. T'is not out of need that one develops but if you had no need then you would have no need of love. You want to love out of dependency, but you must have needs; needs that the other individual will not necessarily fulfill for you but can assist you in fulfilling yourself.

Someone else cannot fill the holes, the voids within the nature of yourself but can assist you to see the holes and voids , and in so doing, assist you in finding the ways and means to fulfill yourself. You want to love interdependence. So if you find yourself within a relationship and you feel it is because you want the other entity to be those things that you are not, then that relationship will not continue.

What you want is support systems - others to come and give you assistance in finding and developing the processes of the self, not to give them to you. What do you appreciate more, those things that you accomplish yourself or that which is handed to you? That which you do yourself, you see. So if someone came to you and said "You need self-worth, here it is in a package" you would not be able to appreciate it. You would put the package on the shelf to gather dust, but never open it and your self-worth would still be very low. So, they can't do it for you, they can't give it to you, but they can assist you o the path of your own self search.

What is love? Love is recognition of your self in the eyes of another. To recognize your self through the reflection of another's interaction in your realities. To see the other in their expression, to know their self by their interactions. To know thyself - to be a part of their life - that is Love.

"Is the ultimate goal then to love everyone the same?" "No - degrees of love. Concepts of love, there are countless millions of forms of love. You will experience them, different love with different individuals in order to experience all love. The love of being angry at someone - some people really love that you know. It is a frustration release, you call it stress.

Love comes in many guises, the love of a friend, would you go to your spouse for all things - no - sometimes you go to a friend. Even in that which one terms total love, harmony and bliss of marriage some things are kept to the self and shared with others. That gives recognition of individuality, you see. If you shared everything in totality, all- encompassing each to the other you'd get bored. There would be no intrigue left, no wondering what is he thinking now.

Love is very complex if you want it to be so, or it is very simplistic. To love is to be loved. To place condition on such is to narrow the perimeters. If the individual has to be a certain size and weight, certain colour of eyes and hair, you limit the concept.

Is love a physical appearance? No, love is thought and emotion integrated and expressed though physical interaction. In your realities you put so much importance on the physical self. If you placed as much importance on the mind and emotions, the physical body system is automatically reflective of such. Fill your mind and emotions with love and the body will be such. Don't say my mate has to be so tall, such a shape. One says to the self my mate need be sharing and hones, and true within the concepts of the self. And you'll have love.

A QUESTION TO SANTA: DO YOU REALLY EXIST?

"I'm surprised at you, not believing in me. Did I not show myself to you that Christmas Eve, when you were five, outside your window as you were waiting for me to arrive? Did you not believe in the power of imagination? You wanted to see me so I materialized for you as a child. Your uncle did not see me for he did not believe. But you did, so there I was. There is still a part of you who believes in me and that is the part that allows you to connect with me right now. I will tell you a story and you will recognize what I am saying.

"Long ago, at another time, you were female and lived with a very large family. You were a mischievous child and always wondered and dreamed about the mysterious lands beyond. You imagined yourself travelling in space and visiting places and there you would meet different beings. Some like yourself and others quite different.

"Everyone in your family thought of you as someone with a wild imagination, but to you your travels were real. Every night you went somewhere different. Then one night you decided you would no longer believe in these wondrous places, for you too were wondering if they were real. For you were being challenged daily about your beliefs. From then on you did not laugh much any more. The mischievous child disappeared and was replaced with a sad and serious one. Then one night as you lay in your bed a vision came to your bedside. The vision was a bit misty and you rubbed your eyes in disbelief, and in front of you stood a figure dressed in red and white with a bluish white mist around it.

"As you looked in disbelief you heard the being say to you, 'Do you not remember me? You met me in one of your travels to distant places. You came across me and asked me who I was and I told you that I was a result of your imagination for you had always dreamed of a being who looked jolly and was kind and would bring presents to little children to make them happy when they were sad. Your wish to help other people and make them happy created a being like myself. It would fulfill your dreams. At that time you believed in me and now you even have a hard time believing in all the other things

that have happened to you - you wonder if they are real? Does it not matter that you believed, and that was all that mattered?

'When a person believes in something strong enough and has the ability to use their imagination to the point of actually being able to create with this strong belief that is powerful enough to manifest into a third dimensional world. You have this ability and now you are using it against your true wish because of others. I have come here now to show you how strong your beliefs truly were and hope that you will be willing to change once again into believing that anything is possible.'"

"With that the vision disappears and you knew then what you must do. That night once again, as before, you travelled to faraway places and met wonderful beings and had a wonderful time doing it. The next morning you got up and told everyone what you had experienced the night before. Everyone, of course, told you that your imagination was getting the better of you. This time instead of going away and accepting their beliefs you told them. 'If I am wrong to imagine these wonderful things and if they truly do not exist then why are you here standing in front of me talking to me?'

"They all could not understand your response. You went on to explain, 'If I did not have such a good imagination then you too would not exist. I imagined before I came to the earth a wonderful family like yourself to live with. I remember doing this. Now, here I am with you and you do not believe that I can create with my imagination. Do you not remember before you came to the earth, how you created all of us to live with?' They all looked at each other and then something wonderful happened. Suddenly, their hearts opened up and they felt tremendous love enter and expand their beingness. They all embraced and asked for your forgiveness. For at that moment something wonderful happened to them. A spark of how they once believed when they were a small child, and that wonderful magic they felt about it, entered their hearts.

"From then on the family decided to cherish the moment, when they all believed once again and remembered how they took part in the creation of being together. So, they decided to share their unique gifts with one another as a remembrance of that special day just so they would never forget the feelings they had on that wonderful morning. When other people saw what a unique thing this was - sharing gifts - they did the same and as time went on it became more widespread.

"Now, for a long time, it has been said that this is the time of our saviour - that our saviour was born and brought us that special gift of love and honour and remembrance. The love that was created on that special day grew to such an extent that it created an extraordinary being who came to remind us of Our Special Connection we have with each other on that other level of existence, where we are all one. He came to us in the physical as a reminder to us of how powerful our imagination was. For if we had not let ourselves believe that our feelings were true of how we imagined ourselves, here on earth, then we all would not exist now.

"So do you not see how important it is to believe in our imaginations and yes, that they are powerful enough to create in the physical realm. So, never think that I am not real. For I am as real as you.

I carry the spirit of giving from the heart and so do you. You must continue to believe with all your heart for then and only then can you create another gift of LOVE AND COMPASSION which is so needed upon the earth at this time. Has this not been what you came here to do? Use your imagination to create all of this and then you will truly BE, what you imagined yourself to be, a long time ago before you came to this wonderful planet earth."
