MY FATHER
You left me
for the skies above,
swept away by
that one special dove.
The dove took
away your pain,
and left me
alone to remain.
Remain here
with your memory which often lifts,
Through my
heart and soul these precious gifts.
These gifts
that help me to survive,
The memories
of you I will keep alive.
Alive to
remember the good times and bad,
even the times
which we made each other mad.
Mad yes, but
somehow we found
the way to
make each other come around.
Around your
understanding, me as your daughter
and my
understanding, you, as my father.
My father, the
one in a million,
I love and
miss you a billion.
A billion and
one times throughout the years,
I think of you
and it may bring a tear.
A tear for how
I wish you could see my son,
My newborn
baby, his life has just begun.
Begun to make
me realize, the importance of a parent's dream,
To teach their
children to love, respect, and have self-esteem.
Self-esteem
will help guide him all along his way,
Forget
yesterdays pain and be thankful for today.
For today is
the day, I wish you yell aloud,
If you could
see me now dad, I'm sure you'd be proud.

T'is The Way of the Eternal
In the tall
blades of green summer grass
With sunkissed
eyelids I sit to contemplate
in the Ways of
the Eternal
Images of a
wondrous spring exploding in
An energy full
of beauty brush the light
Of the Inner
vision
A silent love
filled breath is taken
And in the
outbreath I see the powerful
Rhythm of a
cleansing storm
T'is the Way
of the Eternal
Souls vision
opens to the ebb and flow
Of a new
season vibrant with colours
Painted by
God's breath
And after what
seems to be moment
After moment
of gluttonous radiance
I see the
gentle harmony and simplicity
In the
infinite patience of a snowflake
T'is the Way
of the Eternal

Water's song
Water,
Singing,
flowing,
Dancing its
way to the great ocean
Never stopping
to worry about its direction,
Never
questioning the path,
As it joyfully
fulfils the perfection of its purpose
The infinite
journey though the Sea of Life.

THE SHIFT
It is time I
heard myself say
in a dream
Upon suddenly
the earth had shook
and insects of
every kind came out
of all the
nooks and crannies of the earth
in the early
spring evening
It is time -
it's a sign
Was all I had
to remember
To show me we
are coming close
to the dawning
of the AGE OF WISDOM
The coming of
Wisdom is upon us
Let us embrace
these times
For there will
be no other
era more
magnificent and purposeful!

ALL THAT IS MISSING
It is now
time, time to grow
Grow to be
what we've come here to be
To be as one
with all there is
You know, we
get so caught up
In our daily
troubles to notice
What is real
from what is not
Life is real,
Love is real, Creation is real
Our hearts
grow fond, our minds are sound
Our dreams
attainable, our souls longing
Longing to
find the way
The way to
true living
The way to be
wholly with self
To look deep,
deep within
You know what
is there
At the core of
your being
It is not far
You know how
to find it
All you need
is the key
That is all
that is missing

HUGS
It's wondrous
what a hug can do,
A hug can
cheer you when you're blue.
A hug can say,
'I love you so',
or 'Gee! I hate to see you go'.
A hug is
'Welcome back again',
and 'Great to
see you!' or
'Where've you
been?'
A hug can
sooth a small child's pain
And bring a
rainbow after rain.
The hug! There's just no doubt about it,
We scarcely
could survive without it.
A hug delights
and warms and charms,
It must be why
God gave us arms.
Hugs are great
for fathers and mothers,
Sweet for
sisters, swell for brothers,
and chances
are some favourite aunts
love them more
than potted plants.
Kittens crave
them. Puppies love them.
Heads of state
are not above them.
A hug can
break the language barrier.
And make the
dullest day seem merrier.
No need to
fret about the store of 'em.
The more you
give, the more there are of 'em.
So stretch
those arms without delay
and give
someone a hug today.

LETTING GO...
To Let Go Is
--not to stop
caring. It is the recognition that we
cant do it for someone else.
--not to cut
myself off; it is the realization that I cannot control another.
--not to
enable, but to allow learning from natural consequences.
--to admit my
powerlessness, which means the outcome
is not in my hands.
--not to try
to change or blame another; it is to make the most of myself.
--not to care
for, but to care about
--not to fix,
but to be supportive.
--not to
judge, but to allow another to be a human being.
--not to be in
the middle arranging all the outcomes, but to allow others to affect their
destinies.
--not to be
protective; it's to permit another to face reality.
--not to deny,
but to accept.
--not to nag,
scold or argue, but to instead to search out my own shortcomings and correct
them.
--not to
adjust everything to my desires, but to take each day as it comes, and cherish
myself in it.
--not to
criticize and regulate anybody, but to try to become what I dream I can be.
--not to regret
the past, but to grow and live for the future.
--to fear
less, and to love more...

CREATIVE ENERGY IS
TO ME...
"The force that I brought
to the earth
at birth.
Which when I utilize it
I can express myself
from the heart.
And in doing so, I can create
many forms of healing
from within me.
Through Creative Expression
I can allow myself to share my deepest emotions with others.
It is song, dance, art
it is Love, it is God,
It is you and me"
It is in the sharing
of our inate talents when giving
from the heart,
That becomes the Source
of our absolute beingness
The All That Is
RELATIONSHIPS
Intimate relationships are spiritual unions
That offer one's most challenging lessons
For everthing said and done by one
Affects the other
In truth, every time we hurt another we end up huring ourselves
In intimate relationships we get instant feedback
And learn to be kinder
Softer
More aware of our effect on others
At times it's a struggle
To look upon our mate with loving eyes
Yt, in intimate relationships this is precisely what is required
If we preserve in this, no matter the end result
The rewards are great and ever lasting
We can discover through intimace that love never dies
Though sometimes is changes
Returning to us In the form of a friend.

The feminine
Receptive, silent and still
Like the pond
The masculine
Expansive, focussed and in motion
Like the weed
When masculine looks at feminine
It sees what it is
And is nourished
When feminine looks a masculine
It sees what life is
And is filled with wonder and joy
Too many people don't know who they are
Or where they're going
Be like the pond
Know the seed
