Originally a 12 - 8:30 shift.  Wow... Mr. James must be abusing me because of the half price burger sale.  It turned into a lovable 12 - close shift because, apparently, I 'love' Jenn so much.  In actuality, she begged me.  In exchange, I get a free meal off her.  Sucker.

   So I closed with Matt and Matt.  Fun guys.  Goofoffs, but not bad closing guys although they could have done a little bit more while we were being slammed by last minute customers.

   So, what was fun that happened today?  Well, Scottie, Danielle, and I were in kitchen.  I was entertained with Danielle's incompetence.  Generally, we heat the buns up before serving them.  And we put the buns on the left, crowns on the right.  That is, bottom to the left, top to the right.  Good and funny stuff.

   And Matt made a case why he was perfect for Sunshine.  It was sorta' funny to listen to.  Sunshine's too good for everybody, though.  Especially Matt.  Or so she insists.  Apparently he doesn't have 'broad enough shoulders' for her.  Also, her pet peeve seems to be crooked hats.  I literally broke out a level to ensure her that yes, his hat is straight.

   I also vaccuumed the ceiling.  Yes, vaccuumed the ceiling.  In what has to be the most dangerous job ever, I took a handheld vaccuum and balanced myself precariously on the fourth rung of a ladder, bending my back almost 90 degrees to look straight up.  Hard on my arms, to say the least.  I could have died.  So it was decided that I should get down and do other jobs.
 

   While fun, nothing too talkable happened today.  The weather's getting colder, so I predict less customers and more 'interesting stories'.

   But first we have to survive the 1/2 price burger sale.
