Morning Truck

   More morning truck fun.  More stuff thrown at me down the stairs.  More changing the message boards.

   But it's ok.  Even though I hurt myself lifting things and walking is bothering my right leg, I like mornings.  But this is annoying; first, going into the freezer with very cold stuff followed immediately by going downstairs into a very hot cellar bothers my nervous system.

   Funny story.  Mr. James, Robin, Donna, Melissa (Donna's 10 year old littl'un who talks a lot), and MaryJane were all in the office at about the time I was leaving to fix the message boards (BBQ Sale!).  However, someone ruined the "Brett Employee of the Month" poster, making blue ink run everywhere.  Mr. James asked me if I knew who did it, since I knew it wasn't ruined the night previous to 4:30 but it was ruined before that morning.

   I honestly don't know.  However, in jest, I made some suggestions that it might be the girl who insists that she should be the Employee of the Month.  MaryJane asked who I was talking about.

   Mr. James said I should keep that to myself before I could finish my sentence.

   So I said "It's the loud, annoying girl, MaryJane..."

   She didn't know.  But Melissa did.  She said Colleen.
 

   Children are so smart.  And funny.
 

That night...
Man: Kyle S.
Sup: Nancy.
Coor: Charlie.
 

   It just looked like a bad night just waiting to happen.  I was seriously, for the first time ever, contemplating just not coming to work.  But I went anyway.

   Charlie behaved!  I'm so proud of him... although he's telling stories about me to Scottie.

   And Nancy didn't do anything to me.

   But Kyle S. proved himself a real jerk when he yelled at me (hollered!) all because I am a fan of not wasting paper and using Alpha shift.  His true colors are emerging.

   I went home early, thanx to Mary letting me go up front and close there.  Thanx.  A lot!
