What's new in the World of Nick?

   Man: Kyle S.
   Sup: J-9
   Coor: Charlie

Nothing interesting today, I'm afraid.  Unless you call Charlie making The Nick's life difficult 'interesting'.

First, he complained about me not doing any jobs on the job list yesterday night.  This is funny for two reasons.  The first reason is because he has no idea what happened last night.  Secondly, I did do one but I intentionally 'neglected' to write my name on it, knowing he'd check.  The 'accidental' elbow to the neck was funny.  I laughed.

There's a funny little piece where hamburger grease drains into (not under the nieco, either, but a part of the counter) that hasn't been washed ever.  He must have suddenly remembered this piece and insisted I wash it.  Funny guy.  I just knew he was going to complain about my dishwashing job, but I was sure to do an excellent job just to spite him.... except I left one dish dirty.  Just as I predicted, he came over with the witty "Is this how you wash dishes at home?" comment.  So predictable.

This is funny.  Let's say Shannon's only 15 years old.  That means she can't work past 7 PM, according to my knowledge of the child labor laws.  But I heard from the blue shirts that she can stay later with parental permission.  I didn't buy that... sounded more like they needed someone to stay 'til nine o'clock.

Anyway, I just wonder how much money DQ could lose because of that silliness.  Shannon didn't like it, that's for sure.  I don't really mind, since I don't think the law is that important, but you wouldn't catch me breaking it!

I saw Lauren's mom tonight.  I also stayed late and helped Jim, Greg, and Marie' (sp?) close.  The Nick is a wonderful guy.

I'm going to go cry now.
