The difference between a good drive-thru and a bad drive-thru isn't who is experienced, who's fast, who's the best at taking money or making products, but simply working well with people, only not arguing with your coworkers.

Today, I worked in drive-thru with Shauna, Faith, and E.J.  We had 1:07 (or 1:11) average time.  When someone told someone to do something (be it me telling someone or someone telling me), it was because said teller noticed that the best way of achieving whatever needed to be done was by the person being told to do said action.  It was not because so and so 'was more important' or 'higher ranking' than another person, it wasn't because someone has a complex and 'needs to boss people around', and it was not to satisfy anyone's ego.  We all got along.

James and Sunshine worked tonight.  And I noticed Sunshine was perfectly calm.  She's absolutely darling when she's not irrationally angry.

I had a talk with James in the office after work.  He's a fun, honest, fair guy that words can't do merit to.

This was, quite literally, the perfect night of work.  There was no harassmen, bullying, or laziness on anyone's part.  Those in charge were respectful and efficient.  Those I worked with did exactly what was expected of them to the best of their abilities.

I'm thankful for perfect nights like this.
