Isaiah 53:3-5 He (Jesus) is despised and rejected of men, a man of sorrows, and acquainted with grief And we hid, as it were, our faces from Him; He was despised, and we did not esteem Him. Surely He has borne our grief and carried our sorrows; yet we esteemed Him stricken, smitten by God, and afflicted. But He was wounded for our transgressions, He was bruised for our iniquities; Matthew 11:28 "Come to Me, all ye that labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest." Isaiah 41:10 "Fear not; for I am with you. Do not be dismayed; for I am your God. I will strengthen you, yes I will help you, I will uphold you with My right hand." Philippians 4: 6,7 Be anxious for nothing, but in everything, by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which passes all understanding, shall keep your heartsand minds through Jesus Christ. Psalm 46:1 God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble. Psalm 23:4 ...Yea though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil; for You are with me... James 1:2-4 "My brethren, count it all joy when you fall into various trials, knowing this, that the testing of your faith worketh patience. But let patience have her perfect work, that you may be perfect and entire, lacking nothing. 1 Corinthians 10:13 No temptation has overtaken you except such as is common to man; but God is faithful, who will not allow you to be tempted beyond what you are able, but with the temptation will also make the way of escape, that you may be able to bear it. Isaiah 40:28-31 Have you not known? Have you not heard? The everlasting God, the Lord, the Creator of the ends of the earth, neither faints nor is weary. His understanding is unsearchable. He gives power to the weak, and to those who have no might He increases strength. Even the youths shall faint and be weary, and the young man shall utterly fall, but those who wait on the Lord shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagles, they shall run and not be weary, they shall walk and not faint. 2 Corinthians 12:9 "My grace is sufficient for you; for My strength is made perfect in weakness." |
