BAKED BEANS
Serves 4. I always get compliments on these beans!
Baked Beans
  • 5 strips bacon
  • 1 28-oz can pork & beans in tomato sauce
  • 1/4 cup catsup
  • 2 tsp. dry mustard
  • 1 tsp. vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Cook the bacon until done, but not crisp. When cool, break into bite size pieces.

In a baking dish, combine the beans, catsup, dry mustard, vinegar and pepper. Sprinkle the bacon pieces on top, and bake about 1 hour, until the beans are bubbling.
