CROCK POT CHILI
Not too spicy. Recipe makes approx. 4 hearty servings!
Crock Pot Chili
  • 1 lb. lean ground beef
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 2 tsp. chili powder
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 (8-oz) cans tomato sauce
  • 2 (16-oz) cans kidney beans, drained.

In skillet, brown the ground beef until done. Pour off excess fat. In slow-cooking pot, combine meat with the remaining ingredients. Cover and cook on high for 2 to 3 hours. Remove bay leaf.
