Use a vegetable peeler to stripe the sides. Then chop off the ends and discard. Slice the cucumbers as thinly as you can (the messier and uneven, the better). Add the cucumbers to a ziploc bag (or tupperware container), throw in all the other ingredients, and shake to mix. Refrigerate until serving. They are really delicious the next day too! |
