Place carrots, mushrooms and pan seared, floured beef cubes in crock pot. In large bowl mix gravy mix, tomato paste, tomato sauce, burgandy, water (or beef broth) and garlic. Pour over crockpot ingredients. Cover and cook on low for 8 to 10 hours. Serve over fettucini noodles. |
