CROCK POT SPICY WINE POT ROAST |

Place sliced/peeled potatoes in bottom of crock pot. Top with roast. Salt and pepper roast to your liking. Create sauce by combining remaining ingredients; pour over roast. Cover and cook on low for 8 to 10 hours. When cooking time is done, remove roast and potatoes from crock pot. Strain the sauce into a saucepan, thicken with cornstarch, bring to a boil, then let simmer. Drizzle thickened gravy over meat and potatoes. |
