PUMPKIN PIE
Makes 2 pies. This is a spicy, creamy pie!
Pumpkin Pie
  • 2 small graham cracker pie crusts (not the extra slice ones)
  • 1 small can pumpkin (equal to 1 1/2 cups)
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp. powdered ginger
  • 1/2 tsp. ground cloves
  • 1 can evap. skim milk (equal to 1 1/2 cups)
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 4 egg whites

Whip the egg whites until frothy (do not overbeat). Mix the rest of the ingredients into the egg whites. Pour into pie shells, and bake at 300 degrees F. for 1 hour.
