ORIENTAL CHICKEN SALAD

Oriental Chicken Salad
  • 1/2 a head of lettuce
  • 9 oz. Tyson Southwest Seasoned Chicken Breast Strips, fully cooked (found in the freezer section)
  • 11 oz. Mandarin orange segments
  • Chow Mein noodles
  • Oriental salad dressing (I used the new Citrus Splash dressing)

Cut or tear the lettuce into bite-sized portions. Place in large serving bowl. Heat the chicken strips according to the package directions (3 - 4 minutes in the microwave); add to the lettuce. Drain the can of Mandarin orange segments; add to the lettuce. Toss with a bit of dressing (to taste). Just prior to serving salad, add the Chow Mein noodles. If you have leftover salad, you want to be sure the noodles have not been added to the entire salad or the noodles become soggy.
