Open can of salmon; drain liquid. Remove the skin and bone from the salmon, placing the salmon meat into a large bowl. Add all of the above ingredients to the salmon. Mix well. Form salmon mixture into patties. Meanwhile, over medium heat, warm a bit of oil (of your choice) in a frying pan. Fry the salmon cakes until done, approx. 5 mins per side. |
