The evening is eerily quiet as they go to work. The soft whispers of the night can be heard just before the sad song of the maidens souls follow. The disconnected souls fill the air and the Shindamachuu begin to collect, leading the souls toward their Mistress.
Kikyou listens to the cries of the souls; their somber song surrounds her. They search for peace wanting nothing more than to cross over and find rest. However, Kikyou speaks kind words to them, sympathizing with them, and luring them into willingly helping her.
She absorbs their pure light. The many souls sing together unified under the banner of the tragic priestess. Before they can find rest they must help her...help her get revenge.
