Initial consultation
$75.00

This is a one hour consultation which we talk about what you would like to accomplish in your home. We get to know each other, walk through you home and get a feel for what your style of living is. Together we come up with some great ideas for making your home feel comfortable, inviting and beautiful! We take evening and weekend appointments!

For all of our services, Redesign, HomeStaging, Decorating,
Move- In Service, our fees are as follows: 

3 hours - $125.00
6 hours - $250.00
8 hours - $375.00

If assistants are needed they are billed at 20.00 per hour


Staging Consultation

$75.00

We will conduct a walk through of the home to determine the scope of the project. If the homeowner prefers to complete the work themselves, we will leave the homeowner with a detailed report of improvements that will allow the home to appeal to the widest range of possible buyers. We forward a copy of this report to your realtor as well
. Evening and Weekend appointments are available.


Staging Service

If additional assistants are needed, they will be billed at 20.00 per hour with a 3hour minimum.



Shopping Services
home
40.00 per hour for consulting and shopping services. We pass our designer discounts right on to you! No upcharge or commission is charged to you!
