Disclaimer
-Your cancelled check will be your receipt if there is any dispute.
-May 26th- last day for receipt of the memory book entries.
-Any payments received after May 26th must be made in cash. (no checks). Checks must be received by May 26th to allow processing time. Dinner/ drink tickets will NOT be available when payment is made after May 26th due to need for final count/ reservations.
- Admission to all events will be limited to only those who pay the admission prices. Name tags are included in admission.
-No refunds will be made after the early bird deadline (May 1st). Up until that date, refunds will be made minus a $10 service fee per person.
-If a minimum number of reservations aren’t made by May 1st, portions of the reunion events may be modified or cancelled. If the event must be cancelled, reservation monies received will be returned minus the costs already incurred by the reunion committee.
- As we are adults, if you choose to partake in alcohol or other irresponsible behaviors, you retain responsibility. If you drink, arrange a sober ride home. The reunion committee is NOT responsible for you or your guest(s).
