Shawn was born in Wichita Falls, Texas and according to her parents, they were driving through and she popped out! She has one brother who she is quite close to who lives in Texas. Her Mom was a hippy and her Dad a white collar guy who is now a Fed. She moved to Arizona to be closer to her mom more than 20 years ago. She recently graduated from college receiving her BSBA from the University of Arizona. Way to go Shawn, we are proud of you!!
Being an animal lover Shawn has 1 dog and 2 cats and some fish.
She loves to go camping, enjoys cooking, beading, and would like to learn how to knit. When Shawn was a kid she and her mother used to take unusual summer trips. One summer they spent 3 months in a VW square-back visiting the Indian ruins of the Southwest.
Shawn has been playing spades for about 20 years.
Shawn will be moving to North Carolina to be close to Jimmy aka kfcoach whom she met while playing spades and with a push from Trisha Ann. (See what can happen here!! Romance!!) This month Shawn will begin her trek across the country to North Carolina with her zoo in tow in Mike Speeding's 18 wheeler. Yay Mike!!!
