| There are many, as there are many who now believe in Creationism over evolution after opening up their closed mind and looking at the evidence. You're questions suggests there are no scientists who state this. That is weak. But to humor you, some of the worlds most prominent scientists and physicians testified to a US Senate committee that human life beings at conception. |

| Let me address this, you say 'A fetus is not an individual'. Let me correct your thinking. Is it human? Did it come from human beings, is the fetus alive and growing? The answer is YES. The definition of 'individual'- : existing as a distinct entity : SEPARATE Well, is a fetus distinct entity, let's see. The encyclopedia says - 'A new individual is created when the elements of a potent sperm merge with those of a fertile ovum, or egg. The unborn child has a distinctly different genetic code from its' mother. Blood type is often different, as well as gender. |

| Masacol-I already adressed the 'murder' point...I would also dispute your notion of 'life'...sperm is life too...so your point could be undertood as masturbation being murder...one could do one step further and says that a cow is life and killing to eat is murder...granted it is not human life...in which point you would have to address the sperm point. |

As food for thought...and addressing most your points...here is a relevant quote from the US Supreme Court in Roe V Wade:

But very well, here are some facts-Admitted in Roe Vs Wade, 'If the suggestion of personhood{of the unborn] is established, the appellant's {pro abortion] case collapses, for the fetus's right to lie is then guaranteed specifically by the 14th amendment. And can you seriously believe Abortion was immoral in January 21st 1973 and moral in January 23rd If 1973? If abortion killed children before the law changed, it also killed children after the law changed. The Supreme court is not infallible, or all knowing. |
