El Cafetalero: Diego said he already heard tht people say tht Mariano was too young for his position. Daniela said he always had good magical stories on coffee. Diego wanted to hear Daniela's thoughts. He demanded to know about Paloma, Daniela asked if he was ready for the truth.

note: sad to say the one who help me record this ter overwrite on the 90th episode. :( so sad but i will still continue, kalau ada yang sudi bagi pinjam tape adalah dialu-alukan and i will review as always. For wht i had tht's all tht i can give la.. thousand apologies especially to you sharon. and sambungannnya ada la sikit kat bawah nih towards the end la.. :)

El Cafetalero: The ad people came with the new lable for Casablanca coffee and Diego loved it. It will be printed as soon as tomorrow. The ad man wanted the copy back, Diego was a little heavy hearted to give it away at the moment and promised to give it back tomorrow morning. The ad men left. Diego osat and said the only thing the wasa missing was a call from Paloma.

Coffee Council: Paloma called her mom and Soledad told her tht they will be going out with Mariano. Paloma
wondered when did he called her mom. Soledad was busy spraying her hair. She was getting ready to go out. She
was wearing the new black dress tht Paloma gave her and her brand new pair of shoes. Paloma said he didn't tell her anything and tht didn't mean she wanted to go out too. Soledad told her not to be rude. Soledad pulled a sad face and asked if tht meant tht Paloma won't be taking her out. She sobbed and said tht's ok because she will have to get ready to go to sleep, she will leave dinner on the table for Paloma. Paloma told her mom to wait, she gave a quick thought and inhaled a lungful of breath. She promised to talk to Mariano and they will pick her mom up together. She said she's sure tht her mom will look great in her new dress. She told her mom to put on make up. She hang up and swallowed
her anger. She walked weakly to Mariano's office and knocked the door. She asked to know if it was true tht he asked her mom out. Mariano said Soledad had been all alone at home and Paloma always came home late, so it would be a great thing to take her mom out to dinner to express his thankful for her great hospitality when he came to her house. Mariano asked if the action was stupid. Paloma's face was expressionless. She said no. He said she can say wht ever she want, he asked if she wanted him to call her mom and apologize. Paloma said he made her mom happy and she will be ready very soon. Paloma's left and headed towards her office.

El Cafetalero: Gracila reported to Berenice tht Diego had been in the office all day and he didn't receive any suspicious calls. (Diego was in his office working on his computer). Diego picked up the phone and caught Berenice-Graciela's conversation about him. He was listening to the part where Diego had a long conversation with Daniela and then a meeting and then later the evening he met Latore. Berenice was surprised to hear tht Diego went to meet Latore. Graciela continued tht not long ago the ad men brought the new Casablanca labels.

Diego opened the door and watched Graciela from behind. The phone was still plastered to his ear. Berenice asked Gracila to check if he had any appointments tonight, Graciela said no but she seen a few invitation cards on his desk and she will check them later and tell Berenice about them. Graciela also told her tht Diego was still in his room. Diego calmly interrupted by saying "Darling, she forgot to mention tht I ate T-bone steak for lunch and a glass of wine around 1.30 in the afternoon." Graciela's jaw fell and her eyes widened in horror upon hearing her boss's voice. He continued tht he went out at 3 o'clock to check the market report. He said Berenice's informer wasn't efficient at all. She didn't write down how many times he went to the bath room. Berenice said Graciela was the one who overdoing it. Diego was angry and complained tht Graciela was on the phone for over half an hour daily just to report to her his activities. He said if she really interested in knowing wht he was doing, she should call him, he asked if she wanted to know wht he will do next. Berenice said he can do whtever he wanted to do. She hang up.

Diana asked if she get to talk to Diego. She said she's worried tht he talked to Daniela and Latore.

Gracila was crying and said she was just answering Berenice's questions. Diego ordered her to pack her things and leave. Graciela said he can't fire her for something as stupid as this. Diego said of course he can. Gracilela starting collecting her books and cried saying tht she poured her soul into her duties.

Mariano went to see Paloma, the phone rang and she quickly picked it up. It was Diego asking about her didn't call him does tht mean their date was cancelled. Paloma said she will see him tomorrow instead. Later she hang up and Mariano asked her to have a cup of coffee.

Diego saw Paloma walked out her office with Mariano. He quickly followed them.

Diana told Berenice not to worry. Berenice believed tht Graciela must already be fired by now. Now she had no one to trust at the office. Later Jeremy came. Diana asked if Miguel was with him. Jeremy said he was at the factory. Jeremy refused to have dinner and excused himself. Diana said always everyday it was only herself and Jeremy having dinner together.

Mariano and Paloma arrived at her home and she went upstairs to get her mom shile Mariano stayed outside. Diego was hiding behind a tree. He was saying to himself, thankyou Mariano for sending Paloma home and now he can go back. Mariano didn't move at all.

Paloma complained tht her mom's make up was too thick. Paloma helped repair her make up. Soledad asked why was she sad, was she planning to see Diego instead. Paloma said Diego called and they wanted to discuss their future. Soledad said she should have told her. Paloma said she didn't know what to think and started to cry. Soledad hugged her. Paloma said she can't tell Diego about this little dinner because Diego will surely follow them and there will be a fight. Later they were ready and Paloma went to get her coat and let her mom wear it. They both walked out of the house.

Diego was getting impatient. He decided to approach Mariano but he froze when he saw Paloma and Soledad exited the building and walking happily towards Mariano's car.

Outside Paloma's home: Diego ran back to hide behind the tree when he saw them. Mariano greeted both of them. Soledad wanted to go to Pedro but Paloma said Mariano wanted to bring them to another restaurant. Mariano helpd both of them enter her car. Diego watched them go.

Pedro: They arrived at Pedro and got a table. Soledad quickly ordered tequila. Mariano wanted to drink tequila too. Mariano hope Paloma wasn't sad with this. Paloma said no, it's just she's exhausted. Mariano excused himself. Soledad asked Paloma wht happen and she can still meet Diego tomorrow. She said Paloma looked sad since she arrived. Soledad tasted the tequila and poured another glass for Paloma. She asked a smile from Paloma. Paloma smiled and they both drank their tequila.

Outside: Diego arrived and parked his car outside. He just sat in the car.

Pedro: Marianao returned to the table and Paloma helped pour him a glass of tequila. A man with Mexican hat approached them with some of his men with guitars, they started singing for Elena from Mariano. Paloma didn't smile at all but Soledad seemed to enjoy it.

Diego was still in the car. Later he got out and entered the building.

The mexican men were still palying their music and singing. Diego entered. Not long after tht The men finished singing. Soledad asked Paloma to sing but she refused at first. Later she agreed to sing "A star", The music began. Paloma turned and saw Diego who later drank a glass of tequila. He wiped his mouth and went to the table and started singing. Mariano was uncomfortable and Paloma just watched Diego singing to her. Diego grabbled a bottle of tequila from and her and started drinking from the bottle. Later he continued singing again. Mariano watched Paloma watching Diego. Soledad seemed to sympathies with Mariano.

Paloma tried to stand up but Diego yelled at her to sit down. He said he felt like clown. Paloma stood up and faced Diego. Diego demanded an introduction. Paloma introduced him to Mariano. Mariano praised his singing. Mariano said he heard Paloma sang the song. Diego said he heard her sang many many times too. Diego was full of anger and said he didn't mean to bother them working. He yelled to the musician to start playing the music. He angrily sat and joined them. He said he begged her not to leave but she left him and said she had to work. He demanded to know if Mariano brought her to other restaurants or hotels. Paloma told him to shut up, she chose to be with this stupid man instead of meeting him and discussing their future. Soledad poured a glass of tequila for him and told him to calm down. Diego quickly drank the tequila and poured another glass, he congratulated Soledad for her now son in law. Soledad was hurt. Mariano tried to defend Soledad. Diego said he knew Paloma for 3 years 4 months and 16 days. This wasa the time where he loved him without doubt and he wanted to know her every detail. Paloma said he din't need to tell tht to everyone. Diego said but she can tell tht to Mariano right? Paloma tried to protest and Diego said of course tht was just his imagination. Diego said tht she began to push him away since he wirked with Mariano and her memories with him wasn't important to her ever since. Paloma tried to protest but Diego kept babbling tht being with her boss was more important to her. She made her decision so there's no use for them to be together again. She watched him without blinking and tears began to pool in her eyes. He warned Mariano not to be happy to with tht, the song he sang was dedicated to him and the cassette she gave him was precious to him titled "Song for Diego" and maybe he can borrow him the tape or maybe Paloma will make another tape for him titled "Songs for Mariano", he warned him to read the last name because maybe she made it for another Mariano. Diego said they won't hear from him again or about his Casablanca coffee ever again. Paloma was surprised to hear tht Diego had made a big decision in his life.

Hacienda: Berenice was in bed with Diana watching the TV. She told Diana to go put on her pyjamas while she finish watching the tv show.

Pedro: Paloma cried and drank her tequila. Mariano sympatise with her. A sad song playing on the background while Paloma cried harder and harder.

Outside: Diego can't find his keys and started banging the car.

Pedro: Mariano apologized for his mistake and said he shouldn't have forced her to go out with him. Soledad apologized because she chose this place. Paloma told them to stop blaming themselves because this will happen sooner or later. Paloma excused herself coz she need to go out.

Outside: Paloma saw Diego and went to him. She slapped him twice and said they must talk. Palmoa said he was being ridiculous. Diego said her torture had ended. Paloma said they must settle this so tht everything will be straightened. Diego said it was obvious tht she was crazy about Mariano. She asked him to prove it. Diego said he called her Paloma and spent all day with him. Paloma said Diego sent Daniela to spy on her and can't believe she told him such stories. Diego wanted to leave but Paloma called him back. Diego said she made her choice. Paloma said she came because of her mother accepted Mariano's offer. Diego asked why didn't she told her earlier. She was going to see him the next day. He mockingly went down to his knees and thanked her for wanted to meet him. She grabbed her necktie and told him to shut up. Diego said maybe they should go out all three of them together. He was angry and she chose to sing their song for Mariano. He got his taxi and leaving. He said from now on she can answer the phone without fear. He wont be in touch with any of them and he will return the song she made for him, which she also dedicated to all other men in her life. She wanted to slap him but he caught her hand and pushed it away. He entered his taxi and Paloma said she hadn't finish talking, she went into the taxi with him and continued fighting. Diego demanded the taxi to stop and he got out, Paloma got out too. The taxi driver ran out after them. Paloma told the taxi driver to take the man back to his wife and later he can come back for her and get her to the restaurant back. The taxi driver was caught between the lovers' quarrel. The man looked like as if he was watching a tennis game. Diego was babbling about her bos sending her home every night. He was jealous watching she held her bos's hand and sang a song for her boss. Paloma said it's true she went out with her boss but she brought her mom along. She was explaining to the taxi driver. Palmoa said he was the one who's married and stalking her. Diego said he just wanted to talk to her and tht he was going to divorce his wife and marry Paloma. Palmoa said tht was his famous excuse. Diego said tht wasn't an excuse. He said he's tired fighting with Paloma. He gave the driver the fare to take her back to the restaurant. Paloma rant after him. Diego said it's stupid tht she's following a married man, she should have been with the single boss. Diego said he never forgot about them. It's true he wanted to divorce Berneice and he discussed it with Latore. Paloma mockingly asked if he told his wife about tht. Diego said his wife was at the hacienda. Palmoa figured tht excuse. They were walking and fighting. Palmo demanded them to talk this over. Diego begged a police officer to arrest her and begged tht he kept this woman away from him. Diego punched the police man and offered himself to be arrested. The drunk police man cuffed his had. Diego smiled and happy to see the policeman drew his gun. Paloma pulled him back and said she wanted to go to the police station too. So she punched the policeman, the police man said now both of them was arrested. Diego didn't want her to be arrested, he said he would do anything to make sure tht he's sentenced to death on an electric chair in order to stay away from her. Tht policeman was getting a major headache.

Pedro: Mariano asked Soledad if 'they' loved each other. Soledad said yes, many had happen in their life,
sadness, frustration, happiness, and pain. The truth is, Diego was too in love with Paloma and he kept searching for Paloma. But he's already married and his wife had just gave birth to a baby boy. The Sanchez Sambrano didn't even like Paloma. Mariano hope the problem will be solved and he believe tht Paloma deserved the best for her. The waiter gave their bills and it was closing time. They had to leave and Paloma wont' be returning, she said it was always like this
when Diego and Paloma fighting and in the end Diego will send her home, she was embarrassed with wht happen. Mariano told her not to be like tht because he enjoyed her company. He offered to send her home. Soledad realised tht Paloma left her purse, she was too determined to run after Diego and left her purse.

Outside: The police brought them to a place to call the cop. Diego was angry and said he should have been put
in the jail already. Paloma said maybe Diego should call his wife to bail her out. Diego said and she will have to call her boyfriend to get her out. The police man was being a referee to the fight. He told both of them to sit quietly. The man helped called the police. Diego stood up and pulled off his jacket and told the policeman to give her the jacket because she seemed freezing. She threw the jacket back to him. The policeman said when they arrived at the police station, they can sue each other. Diego hope he get 20 years imprisonment. He complained tht they agreed to meet but instead she went out with her boss and sang for him. He appreciated her and even asked for her lip marks on the piece of paper so tht he can use it on the coffee packet. Paloma was quiet for a few seconds. He told the police man tht she loved the man for over 3 years, there weren't any one else in her life. She didn't want to sing the song for her boss but she wanted to sing for this man. She wasn't in love with any other man. She said she will never marry. and All night she tried to ask for his forgiveness. The policeman convey the message to Diego. Diego said why she said hurt him too but he can't help being affected when he saw her with someone else. He lost his judgment and of course he wanted to be with her. The police man said Diego wanted to be with her all his life. Diego went to his knees and asked for her forgiveness, it will kill him if he's without her.

The policeman gaped and watched them lost in their own world.

Outside: Paloma helped tuck Diego's hair and the policeman said the police van had arrived. Diego and Paloma wanted to share the same cell. The policeman said they had to ask the officer on duty if they want tht. Diego asked for how long they will be detained for punching him. The policeman said they can go and asked them to go before he change his mind. They walked away and Diego put on his coat on Paloma's shoulders. He told her tht he met Latore and already preparing the documents to divorce Berneice. He can't take it anymore. She asked wht will happen to his son. Diego said he was worried about tht too. He knew tht Berneice will use the baby to threaten him. They were hugging. Diego said he believe tth they will be happier if they were separated. Paloma didn't want to be the barrier between him and his son. Diego apologize for forcing her to come back to him. Paloma said for 3 years, 4 months and 16 days tht was the only thing she wanted, to be with him. Diego smiled and said she should have seen the package and the luck brought by her lips mark on the package. Diego said she must see the package tonight because the advertisement men will take it tomorow morning tht his car was locked and his keys were left inside the car. Diego said he had the spare keys in his house. Paloma asked over and over again if they had to go back to his house. She didn't want to, Diego said they can go there by taxi and he will only take the keys. Paloma said they must be fast, she didn't want anyone else to see them especially his wife.

Hacienda: Miguel arrived very late and it was already almost dawn. Berenice was expecting him and said she can't sleep all night. She asked him to drink with her if he wasn't already drunk. Miguel said he will be busy tomorrow and wanted to go to sleep. Berenice pulled him back and wanted him to remember the past. Miguel said he was a little forgetful at night. Berneice tried to seduce him and wanted him to remember the time they spent at the beach. When he was trying to kiss her, she pushed him away and said good night. Miguel looked around and said he wanted to relive their memories, they were kissing but later she pushed him away and said she just wanted him to remember all the time they had been together. She smiled and left him.

Outside Pedro: Diego and Paloma returned back to the car. Paloma said it was quite a night for them. Diego pulled out the label and she was surprised to see her lips on the lable. She loved it and believe it will be famous. Diego said the name was after the place where they met and she sang. They kissed. Diego wanted to go someplace else because this was the place where she made him suffered. Paloma repeated saying tht her mom made her come. Diego asked if her mom liked Mariano. Palmoa said she didn't want to hurt her mom. Paloma said Mariano was a respectable man, he never took advantage of her. Diego jokingly said "He isn't just your boss, he is also an angel." Paloma said she felt a bit sad watching Mariano's situation earlier. Diego said Berneice threatened her with Paloma's secret and wanted to reveal it to the council. Paloma said she already guessed tht. Diego didn't want anything bad to happen to her. Paloma asked if he knew wth this mean to her? This was her life, her career. She said it wasn't easy for her to get a job. Diego said he didn't want her to quit but maybe she need to do tht. Paloma said she need her job to get her dreams, she won't quit her job. Diego hugged her to avoid them from fighting again. Diego said she can do everything else after this was all settled. He said he wanted her to be an important person in his life, more important than the coffee council (They kissed). He is her future. She had tears in her eyes and said he was the most important man in her life.

Paloma's home: Soledad went to get the door and started
being angry with Paloma. Diego apologized for ruining the dinner. He hope the music he brought will help soothe Soledad's anger. The brought the whole group of Mexican men into the house and offered music to her so tht after this she dind't have to be in contact with Mariano again. Soledad was getting scared and asked Paloma if he was serious. Diego gave Soledad a kiss and swore tht this time he meant it. Soledad followed the musicians. Diego warned Paloma not to wear anything attractive to work because it might mislead her boss. After she quit the council, she can work for him. He just wanted to see her smile and say she loved him all day. She escorted him to the door and they kissed good bye. She closed the door and smiled. Soledad watched them.

Diego was on the other side of the door. He was smiling too.

Next morning...

Coffee council: Mariano asked Martha about Paloma. She said Paloma hadn't arrive because she overslept, she
gave a nervous laugh. Mariano asked if she knew Paloma's computer password, she said yes but Paloma will arrive very soon. Mariano demanded the report now. Martha stood up and went to paloma's room. Mariano entered his office and began preparing his coffee.

Paloma's home: Paloma was having breakfast. Soledad asked if her decision was wise. Paloma said she must do this because once Diego divorced Berenice, the whole family will attack her. Paloma said she must think this over, she can't be in way between Diego and his son. Soledad said just wait for Diego to make his decision. Soledad told her to eat fast, she didn't want to keep Mariano waiting, he was sad with wht happen last night, and she quitting might kill Mariano, he had feelings towards Paloma. Paloma said there's no place for anyone else in her heart.

El Cafetalero: Graciela was telling her sad story to Juan Francisco, later Diego arrived and she quickly pretend to do something on her computer. Diego said he was so happy today. Juan Francisco asked to speak to him. They both entered the room. Graciela tried to greet good morning to Diego, Diego said "Whts so good about this morning?!"

El Cafetalero: The cleaner left and Diego sat on his chair. Diego said the answer is no, the woman outside wasn't a woman but a witch. She conveyed information to Berenice each hour. Juan Francisco said she had been like tht since she worked with Fabian. Juan Francisco said they can't fire her because no one complaint about her work. He asked if Graciela was not tht young and it's not easy for her to get another job. Diego said he didn't mean to be cruel but he was willing to use his own money to compensate her. He buzzed for Graciela and she entered the room. Diego said he knew tht Graciela worked hard, he wanted to pay her salary and compensation. Graciela tried to beg but Diego said he made his decision. Graciela wanted to work until he got a replacement. Diego said there's no way for tht and she had got too many second chances. Diego said she did something wrong and chose the wrong side. Graciela started to compare herself to Elena and Diego said tht was exactly she lack. She envied other too much and wanted to destroy her. She wanted to defend her job by working with her boss's wife. He said his decision was wise. He dismissed Graciela. She wiped her tears and left.

Diego told Juan Francisco to trust him, it's for the best. Diego showed him the label design for their coffee. Later he buzzed for Margarita. Juan Francisco asked why didn't he thnk about this, he said this will give a huge impact. Tht was exactly wht Diego hoped for. Diego said the council will arrange a meeting with potential buyers. He said Diego can ask for help anytime without condition. Diego helped him out. Later Margarita entered. Diego told her to leave the front desk and take Graciela's place as his secretary. Margarita was surprised and thanked him, she was so happy. She promised to be the best secretary. She will the first to arrive and the last to leave. He told her her first duty, to contact the council, Elena Olivares. She was so surprised to hear tht Paloma was at the council. She asked about her replacement. Diego tol d her not to worry because an advertisement had been made and he himself will check the applications. Margarita thanked her for the opportunity.

Coffee council: Paloma arrived and martha told her tht Mariano asked for her when he arrived. Mariano said may be she won't come today. Paloma went to see Mariano he greeted him and apologized for being late. She said she will complete the report. Mariano said no need because Martha already did tht, he called her Elena. Paloma was surprised tht he at last remembered her name. Paloma said she had something to tell him. Mariano asked when will she quit? She was surprised. Mariano said if he was Diego, he would make the same decision. Paloma said if she stayed many other problems will arise. She said this wasn't easy for her to leave the council especially Marian.

She went to her office and tried to stop crying. Martha came askig for the disc of the report. She told Martha to leave because she wasn't feeling well. She told Marth tht she's quitting because of personal problem. Martha starting crying and said she cn't leave her. they were like family. Paloma told her to stop crying because she will cry too. She told Martha to leave her. She closed the door and told herself not to cry but later she was crying alone in her room.

Martha wiped her tears and went to Mariano. She said they can't let her quit. Mariano said there's nothing to do. Mariano gave her a cup and told her to drink tht to help her calm down. She took a sip and quickly coughed. She asked wht was tht, he said it was "chez Mariano" he invented it by adding 3 different whisky into a spoonful of coffee. Martha said if she were Mariano, she would do anything to stop Elena and not just sitting around and drinking coffee. She went to get the flowers and left.

Mariano went to Paloma's office, he hesitated to knock her door. Martha watched him with hope, but he decided to leave.

Paloma was still crying in her office. She becan typing her resignation letter. Later the phone rang, it was Margarita. She apologize for giving Elena's address and phone number to Latore. Elena said it's alright, she already forgotten about tht. Margarita told her tht she replaced Graciela. She passed the call to Diego.

El Cafetalero: Diego asked if she was sleeping well last night. Diego said he will pick her up at six and they can go anywhere for dinner, then he will send her home. He wanted to make sure tht she slept well and dream beautifl dreams. Paloma smiled. Palmoa reminded him tht she didn't know at wht time the council meeting will end and she was typing her resignation later. He asked about her boss. She said Diego can guess his reaction. Diego realised her uncertainty. Diego said by the evening, she will be anxious to see him. He informed her tht the label will be ready by Monday. He told her tht he fired Graciela. Later they hang up. Paloma seemed to be in doubt about leaving her job.

Graciela's home: Graciela was on the phone with Berenice: Graciela reported wht happen to Berenice. Berenice said it was her own fault, she was careless. Graciela said Bernice must help her because this was happening to her because wht she did for Berenice. Berenice said there's nothing she can do, just take the money they offered and go for a vacation, maybe after she returned things will change and she can find another job. Graciela was puffing cigar. She said maybe there's something Bernice can do to talk to Diego . Berneice said there's nothing to do. Berenice told her to call her if she needed anything.

Hacienda: Berenice hang up and called Graciela stupid. Diana asked if Graciela was fired. Berneice said yes
and she was replaced by Margarita, Paloma's best friend. Diana said now it'll be hard for her to check on Diego. Berenice smiled and said she had another way. She dialed Susana's number and asked about their plans. Susana said she can't do anything else because the files was kept in separate disks. She promised to find and and said quick goodbye when Paloma approached her. Paloma asked if Allevaneda was available. Susana said he's on the phone but she can enter.

Coffee council: Alevaneda told the caller tht the meeting will be at 3, he motion for Elena to sit. Later he hang up and asked about the report. Elena said it will be ready in 15 minutes. She passed him her resignation letter.

Dona Ines' house: Juan Francisco called Fabian but he said he can't do his work if his dad keep calling him from time to time. He said he knew his family's intentions were good but there's nothing he can do at the moment. Later he hang up. He told Dona Ines and Angela tht Fabian hang up on him. Angela said it was Juan Francisco's fault because he was using a tone with his son. Dona Ines seemed a little surprised to hear Angela saying tht. Angela said they hurt Fabian. Dona Ines demanded to know wht they did to hurt him? Angela said since Diego's son was born, they neglected Fabian. And after Diego succeed with his coffee gourmet, Juan Francisco concentrated on Diego. Dona Ines didn't understand why Angela said such thing. Diego deserved the attention. Angela said tht was exactly wht she said. Angela left in anger.

Restaurant: Berenice's mom and dad were at a restaurant. He said he can't contact Berenice at the Hacienda, she went out to the market. Bernice's mom said his meeting will be today and she hate it each time he had to be at the meeting with the lawyer. Later they were discussing about Berneice's relationship with Diego. He said he only need 3 months to end his agreement with Diego. The date will be extended for another year. He was happy tht in 3 months he will be free from his debts.

Diego was happy to see Latore came to meet him, he was expecting good news but Latore told him to sit because the news wasn't a good one. His wide smile disappeared. Latore said Diego's attachment to Berenice's father was quite a problem. Latore said if he divorce Berenice now, he will be bankrupt. So, he cannot divorce her.

El Cafetalero: As perdicted, Diego went angry and started punching the door. Latore told him to be patient, Diego needed to talk to Berenice's father because he didn't pay his debt and told his debtors tht he already paid all the debts, Latore said now Diego's future was in his father in law's hands. He will lose a lot of money. Latore told him to think about his coffee gourmet project. Diego need to talk to Berenice's father and force him to pay. Diego went out and angrily told Margarita to call his father in law. Diego was pacing impatiently inside the office and Latore was watching him.

Coffee council: Allevaneda can't find an excuse why Paloma was doing this. Paloma said it was because of her, because the Sanchez Sambrano family especially Berenice who threatened to reveal her past. Berneice knew tht the council won't accept someone with scandal. Allevaneda asked if she and Diego broke their promise. Paloma said no, Diego wanted to divorce Berenice and she decided to step down first before being humiliated later. Allevaneda said she was destroying her career and she must give it a serious thought. He said no matter wht happen he will defend her. She said she knew, she stood up and left.

Susana was anxious to know wht happen but Paloma ignored her. Allevaneda called her and told her to get Mariano.

Paloma went to Martha and asked if she printed the report. Martha said they only need to label them now. Paloma asked why was the flower on the outside of the office. Martha said Mariano wanted his office to be like it was before. Susana came telling Martha tht Allevaneda wanted to see Mariano right away. She took the opportunity to ask Paloma wht happen. Later she asked about the report and Martha showed her the completed set and Susana was amazed and asked how did she do it. Paloma said she saved the report on diskette before she erase it from the computer. Paloma told Martha to take good care of the report because they don't want to lose it on the last minute. Martha put the reports in the cabinet. Paloma asked if Susana wanted to join them for lunch. Susana said no. Paloma asked if Martha keep the diskette in a safe place. Martha told her not to worry. Susana watched them go.

Allevaneda asked Mariano wht they should do about Elena's resignation. Mariano said they should accept it. Allevaneda said Elena wanted to step down before being humiliated by Berenice.

Susana went to the cabinet and broke the drawer. She took all the files and diskette. She nervously left the scene.

Paloma's home: Soledad took the mail and found a postcard from Jean Carlo who was missing both Soledad and Paloma. She remembered how Paloma predicted tht she fall in love with Jean Carlo. Then she remembered tht he told her tht he felt at home in this country and he admitted tht he already missed her. Soledad asked if he's going to come back. He said he will and kissed her hand. Soledad started sobbing.

Soledad told herself tht she's old and dont be stupid and having high hope for herself. She open the back of Paloma's picture frame revealing don Lorenzo's picture and put the postcard behind the picture.

Coffee council: Allevaneda told Mariano tht they will have to put an ad looking for an oficer. Later Paloma entered and said she really need to talk to him.

Hacienda: Berneice praised the cute baby. Diana wandered wht will Berenice do at the council. Berenice said she will prove tht Diego didn't control everything. Later the phone rang and it was Susana.

Coffee council: Mariano, Allevaneda and Paloma were hearing Berenice's and Susana's conversation through the speaker phone. Susana said Elena won't be safe this time, she will definitely be fired because she burnt the files and the diskettes herself and the previous reports she had erased from the computer. Mariano covered his mouth. Susana was worried for Allevaneda and Mariano because this will affect their future. Berenice apologized and she said she already reminded them on how dangerous Paloma was. She told Susana to call her as soon as everything finished. Susana quickly said goodbye and hang up when Allevaneda came out with Paloma and Mariano. Allevaneda called her and wanted to know where did she burnt the reports and Paloma asked who else involved in this. Allevaneda said she had to tell them to she will have to leave the office with humiliation. Susana said Barbara and Berenice told them tht Elena was after everymen in El Cafetalero and now she's here to take her job. Paloma can't believe Susana let them get her. She said the women tricked her. Allevaneda said she had 5 minutes to clear her table or else he will call the police. Martha came to see wht
happen. Paloma said if she was going to be bad, she had to be wise too. Martha was holding another batch of the reports in her hands heading to the meeting room. Elena wanted Susana to tell them tht from now on she should know who she is.

El Cafetalero: Berenice's father came to meet Diego. He said it didn't go as planned. Diego went angry and wanted him to pay back in 3 months, if not the Hacienda's income for one year will be lost. He said Ricardo is destroying him and his sisters. He said this was a serious problem. He wanted him to pay. Ricardo swore tht he will pay and he won't let Diego down. Diego wanted a guarantee. He said he had a friend at the bank who can help him with the credit. Diego said he didn't believe Ricardo anymore.

Coffee Council: Mariano didn't want to be at the meeting, he said he was sick and he need to see a
doctor. He said he's having symptoms of a heart disease and he must leave now. Allevaneda said the stuff will be discuss in the meeting will be about his department. Mariano left. Later Elena entered and Allevaneda told her wht Mariano did. Allevaneda wanted her to take Mariano's place. He said it's for Mariano's future. Paloma asked if she had any other choice?

El Cafetalero: Diego wanted the agreement be observed by Latore. Ricardo shook their hands and left. Latore
suggest tht he forget about the divorce. Latore said the credit didn't have to be true. Bernice will definitely tell her father not to pay in order to keep Diego. Diego said he had to be with Berenice until her father paid everything. Latore told him to think wisely, it will involve Daniela too, it won't be fair for his sisters.

Coffee council: Martha came to tell Paloma and everyone was waiting for her at the meeting room. Mariano was still at the hospital. Paloma asked Martha to follow her and she helped carried the reports.

Allevaneda was telling the member of meeting about the increasement in the council. Later Paloma arrived. Everyone greeted her. Allevaneda said Mariano had to leave and Elena will present for him.

Hacienda: Diana told Berneice tht little Ricardo going to fall asleep again. Diana told Berenice to calm down.
Later Miguel arrived. Berneice and MIguel looked at each other. Bernice said she can see the work at the
hacienda was a lot. Miguel wanted to take a bath at the sauna, he said hydrotherapy was a perfect cure for fatigue. Diana told him tht Jeremy was looking for him and wanted to send the cuprum oxycloride to one of council center. Miguel said hi to the baby and call him fat sleepy head. Must be in the genetic. Later Miguel dismissed Diana and sat on the sofa. Berenice sat on his lap and he almost jumped and looking around. The phone rang and Miguel left. Susana was on the phone and crying. Miguel went to see Jeremy who was tasting coffee. Jeremy reminded tht he need to get the oxycloride before the Mitaca begin. Miguel wondered if mitaca was a disease. Jeremy said it's a harvesting season before another harvesting season. They need oxycloride and Diego assigned Miguel to handle tht. Jermey said if he's to busy he can send Aurelio or Carlos. Miguel said he will handle tht himself. He left.

Diego/Berenice's apartment: Barbara said no Berneice was alone and Berniece can't imagine how Diego will
react if he knew. She was angry because Elena dare to threatened her. Barbara said there's no 'us' in this. Berneice said her marriage is in jeopardy. Barbara told her tht she and Fabian was invited to a coffee gourmet party. Berenice said Barbara was lucky because she get to flee to Miami while she's stuck here. Diana heard the last part of the conversation. Berneice said she told Barbara about susana. Diana said she never Berneice Bernice would go tht far. Going boycott
against the council wasn't a good idea. Diana said Paloma played fairly and now she already in front of Berneice. Wht she did will fail her marriage. Berneice angrily told Diana to go away and take the baby with her. Berneice said she understood Paloma's message.

el Cafetalero: Daniela went to see Diego and wanted to know about the divorce. Diego sadly said Berneice's father can't settle the debts and Latore said the divorce will destory the family. Diego said he wanted to divorce Berneice but his sisters were important too. If the hacienda was siezed, Miguel and Diana won't have a place to stay. Daniela can't believe Diego sympatise with Miguel. Diego called him parasite and Daniela added a very funny parasite and she didn't trust him.

Warehouse: Miguel went to get the oxycloride and brought the documents. The man said for each dimension of the wide area of the hacienda, he need 5 tones of oxycloride. the man said 640 pesos for labor work. Miguel agreed He said they can lod the stuff on his truck waiting outside. the man reminded him tht he must follow the instruction to keep his land safe. Miguel asked about the a mount spent on the oxycloride. His eyes widened when he heard 2 million pesos. Later he left.

Coffee council: Paloma was presenting the reports. They meeting praised her presentation and reports.

El Cafetalero: Daniela asked if there's other options. Diego said anything he choose will lead to their destruction. Diego said he's tied to Berenice for at least 3 months. Daniela called him stupid because letting Berenice control him. Daniela said she didn't care about the money or how it turned out in the end, she didn't want Bernice to touch their money. Diego said he had to tell her something serious about Paloma. He talked to her and said he will divorce Paloma by the end of the week and Paloma will quit her job.

Coffee Council: Paloma went to the phone and called the hospital asking about Mariano. Mariano entered and said he can bring the medical report if she wanted too. He asked how was the meeting. Later they went to his office.

El Cafetalero: Daniela said he was being selfish and destroying Paloma. She told him to call Paloma before she hand in her resignation. Diego said she must already resign. Diego said he must do something. Don't be selfish. Diego said just didn't want her to be with Mariano. Daniela told him to calm down because Paloma will feel betrayed.

Don francisco's house: Angela told her husband not to be naughty while she's gone. She kissed him goodbye and left. Juan Francisco seemed hurt.

Dona Ines house: Harold came out in a chef outfit with the big bowl of soup. He told Dona Ines to calm down coz the soup wasn't poisoned. Daiela praised the soup and dona Ines said the taste was OK. Harold said it's his family recipe given by a medicine man in Catemaco tht will make the one who hated you to love you. Dona Ines froze and her eyes widened. He said the soup made those who drink it had the same color skin. Daniela told her grandma to calm down because it was the soup straight from the can. Later the maid came to tell Dona Ines tht Don Roberto was there.

He came to tell her about Barbara and Berenice and wanted Dona Ines to help stop them with their behavior.

Outside: Diego sent Paloma home. Paloma said Susana admitted her involvement with Barbara and Berenice and everybody knew the story from now on the council will stop any attempt made on her.

Dona Ines' house: Roberto said he had to report aabout her in laws to the authority. Dona Ines promised to talk to them and stop this from happening. She said those girls aren't Sancez Sambrano because her family won't do anything like this. Roberto told him to talk to them, she promised to do this tomorrow and show them who she really was.

Outside Paloma's home/inside Diego's car: Diego was angry and said he will strangle Berenice, she broke her promise, Paloma told him to calm down. He can't take Berenice's black mailing anymore. Diego said he need 3 more months.

Dona Ines' house: Robertto hugged Dona Ines goodbye and Dona Introduce him to Harold and Daniela. Dona Ines
warned them to be polite. They wondered if there's a big problem because it took a great thing to bring Roberto to their house. Dona Ines and Roberto looked away. Roberto bid his good bye and Harold promised to buy 12 kg of coffee. Dona Ines went angry all of the sudden and Daniela told her to calm down and sit down. She wanted a family meeting no matter on wht time, she can't take it wht Berneice and Barbara had done. Daniela widened her eyes towards Harold.

Hacienda CAsablanca: Bernice promised to return to Mexico city soon. She told her dad on the phone. Later she hang up and told Diana Diego had been pressing her dad and wanted to quit being his guarantor. Diana told her to calm down because by now her dad should had already be able to pay back his debts. Berneice was doubting Diego and knew tht he will divorce her anytime soon. Later the phone rang. Diana picked it up. It was their grandma, she asked if Bernice was there. And then ordered all of them to gather tomorrow. Berneice guessed tht they had already known. Bernice was
worried.

Outside Paloma's home: Diego held Paloma's hands and said give him 3 months, Latore advised him tht he can leave Berneice in three months and Berenice won't be able to threat him anymore. They kissed. Paloma said there's no choice he had to return to berenice. He asked wht about them? Paloma asked for time, she can't just leave everything and divorce may not be the solution. He asked if she wanted him to explain. Diego said he's afraid of loosing her. 3 months was such a long time. He hated watching the man who worked with her 12 hours a day sending her home. Paloma said she's not afraid anymore. He's number two for her the number one is her life and her career. Marian a was her boss. Number 4, she worked for Mariano and he's her co worker and boss so she can't deny his orders. Diego said he can send her home not Mariano who already had 12 hours with her. Paloma said she didn't want to be his lover in this 3 months, she didn't want this to be something embarrassing. Diego asked if she wanted them to be separated for 3 months. Paloma said they can go on with their life and he must concentrate on his Casablanca coffee. She didn't want him to change and start to grow up. She didn't want them to fight because of her boss. Diego promised. Paloma was leaving but Diego called her back. He wanted to say goodbye properly as friends. He promised not to ask for anything more then tht. They hugged. He said he will keep her in love with him and he wont let any one touched her hands the way he did. They hugged again and he said he won't let anyone hugged her like he hugged. And no one will love her t he way h e loved her. Diego said there's one more. Paloma was anxious to leave. Diego told her not to worry because he won't kiss her. But then he said he won't let any one kiss her the way he kissed her. they kissed and Paloma swore tht no one else ever kissed her only him.

Paloma's home: Soledad was babbling about Paloma kissing a man by the road. She said if she wanted to kiss just bring him to the house and kissed him as much as she wanted too and not to do it in public. She told Paloma to warn her first before kissing a man so tht she can cover the eyes of the angels who was watching her committing sin. Paloma told her mom to slap her because she believed wht Diego said again. Soledad wondered wht was the excuse this time. Paloma said he was getting a divorce but had to cancel. It was linked to Berneice's father's debts, he was the guarantor so he had to wait 3 months before he can divorce Berenice. Paloma was afraid of losing him. Soledad knew tht Diego was feeling the rival in Mariano. Paloma said the council did'nt accept her resignation. She attracted the attention of the Agriculture ministry. She was happy she got the full support from the council. Soledad was happy to hear the miracle happening to her daughter. Paloma said this time she will have to be careful and she wont' be quiet anymore.

Hacienda: Aurelio was outside of Berenice's room. She drank his liquor. Berniece walked out past him and said good night. Aurelio wet in and took a look at the baby.

Dona Ines' house: Daniela was worried Diego hadn't return. Something must had happen and he might be with
Paloma. She kenw something big will happen tomorrow. Harold admitted tht he never seen Dona Ines tht angry.
Daniela wanted to go to Diego's house. Dona Ines emerged from the room and demanded to know where were they going. Daniela said she wanted to send Harold to the door. Dona Ines said he was a grown up and no need to be accompanied to the door. Harold walked towards Dona Ines to kissed her good bye but Dona Ines warned him not to kiss her, he gave her a fast kiss and left. Dona Ines guessed tht Daniela was worried because Diego hadn't returned.

Hacienda: Aurelio went to meet Jeremy at the warehouse. Jeremy aske dif Miguel went to get the oxycloride. Aurleio said he put them in the store and didn't know how long he will keep in in there. Jermey was afraid tht Miguel was following Juancho's behavior. He said the Hacienda was Jermy's and Aurelio's responsibility. Aurelio said he was only a regular worker. He left with his bottle. Aurelio went out and he was a little startled when he saw Matilde out side. He left.

Jeremy sensed someone outside when he went to check, Matilde was gone.

Hacienda: Bernice can't sleep because Diego hadn't call her. She kenw tht he's with Paloma. Berneice tried calling the house but there's no answer. Diana told her tht Miguel had a little business out side who he wont return for dinner. Bernice gave a knowing look and smirked.

Restaurant: Bernice's parents were discussing. They agreed tht they had to talk to Berenice. Berenice's father told her not to worry because he had a good son in law who will save him.

Another restaurant: Miguel was arranging to sell the oxycloride. He boasted tht he owned the hacienda and only a part of it. The other man offered a price. Miguel said he must use 3 kilogram per hectare and 2 and half kilos would be enough too. The other guy said tht was such a waste because Miguel know nothing about the fungus attack. The man said only half a kilo needed for a hectare land. Miguel said he didn't want to risk his plantation. The man said many other plantation used tht much of oxycloride in their land. He insisted the Miguel make a fast decision.
