Restaurant: Miguel was listening to the man saying tht he need to reduce the amount of oxycloride used for his
land. Miguel asked for the price, he scribbled something and Miguel said it was too low. Miguel asked
if he really sure half kilogram would be enough. The man smiled and said yes. Miguel agree to do business.

Hacienda: Berneice dialed Diego's number. He picked it up. Diego put it down when no one talked. Later Miguel
entered. She offered him a drink. Miguel said the meeting wasn't too good. Miguel said they shouldn't
talk here. Berneice wanted to go someplace else with him. She said her marriage will be over soon. Miguel
said it's up to her where she wanted to do, maybe she can find someone to take care of her and her baby.
Berneice said if he didn't believe the baby was his, she suggest he do a blood test. Miguel said the family
won't forgive them. Miguel asked wht was she suggesting. She wanted a house a car and money to raise
her baby. Miguel laughed. She suggest they sell everything and go to live in the Caribbean. Miguel
wanted to think it over. Berneice told her to make fast
decision. They kissed. Berenice said they should go someplace else.

Morning...

Dona Ines' house: Dona Ines told Diego to arrange a gathering today. Diego asked wht was tht about and
agreed to come. She hang up.

Hacienda: Diana told Jeremy tht she's leaving and not sure when she will return. Jeremy said he'll take care
of the Hacineda. He said she look beautiful with the hat. She took it off. Jeremy asked wht was she doing to
herself. Diana said Miguel didn't like it. Jeremy touched her hair. Diana asked if he knew where Miguel
went last night. He said he didn't know but it must be an important client. Jeremy touched her hair again and
said she looked beautiful. She excused herself and said she wanted to go find Miguel and Berenice.

Miguel slept with eye patch on. Diana opened the window and woke him up. He didnt' wake up. Later she woke
Berenice up. Diana said they must go to Mexico city. She told her to hurry. Diana said she's having trouble
to wake Miguel up. Berneice realise Diana changed her hair color.

Diana went back to Miguel. Miguel finally woke up, He said it's still early. Diana said they must leave on 10
o clock flight. Diana checked his pants and said it looked like he had been crawling on the floor. Miguel
lied on the bed peacefully and said he can't go on 10 o clock flight because he need to handle the oxycloride,
he'll go n thte afternoon flight. Diana complained tht some of his buttons on the shirt was missing. SHe
suspected tht he slept with another woman. He didn't even realise tht she changed her hair color. Berneice
tried to explain on Miguel's behalf. Diana said the
woman must be a whore. Berneice said the man is innocent until proven guilty.

There were scratch marks on Miguel's back. He said it will be hard for her to get him and then lose him.

Coffee council: There was a wrapped frame near Martha's table. They opened it and saw the beautiful painting of
a dove. It was from Diego wanted her to remember him each time she sees it.

El Cafetalero: Diego was watching another painting, later Margarita passed a call from Diana. She asked if
he new why thier grandma called the meeting. He said he didn't know. Diego said they will meet tonight.

Hacienda: Diana told Berneice tht Diego know nothing. Miguel agreed to meet them later. Diana reminded him
tht he must come. Berneice held the baby and said they will meet in the city. Berneice told the baby to say
good bye to daddy.

Coffee council: Martha gave Paloma list of buyers, she wanted to check each name. Later Mariano come in.
Mariano showed marks on his arms because the needle didn't find his veins. Paloma laughed and left.

Mariano came out and saw the painting from Diego. He asked why it was outside. He went back to his office.

El Cafetalero: Later Latore arrived to meet Diego. Latore said the man guaranteed Ricardo's credit. But
Diego didn't trust the guy.

Berenice's parents' house: Berneice asked her dad if his friend can be trusted. Berenice asked why he raised
it now. The debts didn't have to get this high. He said he won't let Diego down. Berneice said this will
destroy her marriage. Her dad said he had nothing to support his credit. Her father said he won't do
anything and let the deadline came, Diego will lose everything. Bereneice smiled.

Dona Ines' house: Dona Ines didn't want to say anything to Diana not until everyone is here. She accused Diana
also being involved. Diana said Miguel will be there tonight.

Hacienda: Miguel asked a worker where was he taking the oxycloride. The man said Aurelio told him to distribute
the thing. Miguel introduced his friend as an oxycloride expert. He asked if the man knew how to use
the oxycloride. He showed the man where the stuff were kept.

Aurelio went to meet Jeremy. Aurelio said he told the workers to work with the oxycloride. Jermey asked if
they should observe tht. Aurelio sid they will only bother the process. Jermey asked Aurelio if he hated
Miguel. Aurelio said he's boss's brother in law. Aurleio said he saw Matilde. Merey asked if he was
sure. Aurelio said maybe he ws just confused. Aurelio asked if something was wrong. Jermey sid everything was
fine and left. Aurelio took out his bottle and started drinking.

Coffee council: Paloma was telling Lalo to put up the painting. A little to the left, the right , up down and
finally it was fine. Later Martha came and saw the beautiful painting. They admired it. Later there was
another present for her. She opened the stuff and Martha said it must be great to have a rich boyfriend.
She opened it a huge book from Diego about genesis of coffee, it will be the best reference and the content
was complete. He wrote coffee can't be separated from love. Love, Mariano Saenz.

Martha told her tht Mariano read the corner of the painting. Paloma went to meet Mariano. She thanked him
for the book. He hope it will be good for her. She said he's her guardian angel. He aked if he can put the
flowers back in his lifeless office. Paloma said she won't let the office looked like cemetery. Paloma from
now on the place will be full of flowers. He smiled.

Later Martha showed Paloma a fax sent by by Fabian. He agreed to come for the coctail party.

Fabian/Barbara's apartment: Barbara wondered if Fabian wanted to come back because he wanted to see Elena
Olivares. Fabian said no. He just wanted to meet the prospective buyers, he can't leave the chance. He said
Barbara was invited too. Barbara asked for the phone. It was Dona Ines. She asked to speak to Fabian. Fabian
agreed to meet her tonight. Fabian said something must be wrong because Dona Ines was yelling. Barbara said he
must be prepared.

Don Manuel's hacienda: Jeremy go looking for Matilde. He called for her but there was no response. He went to
report to the police. He said someone saw Matilde at the hacienda but she was no where to found. He believe
Matilde was stalking him. The police man was chewing his food. He said he believe Matilde killed her uncle
because he had been missing. The policeman said tht's weird because they receive a telegram from don Manuel,
the workers said they accept orders from Don Manuel every three days. He said Matilde will be home this
Sunday.

Jeremy went to the place where Matilde claimed the she buried Don Manuel. Matilde watched him digging the
spot. He pulled out a dummy. Matilde smiled. He dug again but there was nothing.

El Cafetalero: Margarita came to meet Diego and said there was a sample arrived. He smiled and now he's
ready to go on market. Later Daniela came and hugged Margarita and Daniela. Daniela noticed Paloma's lips on
it. Margarita was a little surprised. He told Margarita to get the pack ready. Danila told Diego tht yesterday
Allevaneda came to their house.

Fabian/Barbara's apartment: Fabian said he warned Barbara not to bother Elena and this must be something
related. Now they had to take the guilt and face the council. Barbara said Elena can't think tht they were
going to watch. She said they must realised wht kind of woman who work for them. Fabian told her to get rid of
her obsession.

El Cafetalero: Diego said Paloma told him tht. She accepted his excuse well and she will go on working at
the council. Paloma made him promised tht he won't do anything stupid. Daniela admired Paloma and Diego
should be thankful because Paloma didn't complained. Daniela said he can't expect Paloma to be said and
cried, rolling on the floor. Deigo said Paloma wanted him to keep away from Mariano. Daniela told him to get
rid of her jealousy and start trusting Paloma. She asked if he believe tht Paloma will run away with him.

Coffee council: Mariano and the rest of the staff watched the bicycle racing and they finally won. Every
one cheered and Mariano and Paloma hugged. They both froze when their noses touched.

El Cafetalero: Daniela was getting worried with her brother's jealousy.

Coffee council: Martha kissed Mariano's cheek. She told Mariano to be happy.

Night..

Dona Ines' house: Daniela arrived with Harold and greeted Diana. Diana and Daniela hugged. Harold tried
to hug her but she ran away.

Berenice/Diego's apartment: Berenice asked about the time of the punishment meeting. Diego said at 7. He
went to see his son. Diego didn't want to start a fight already. He asked wht if he wanted to divorce her. Her
expression changed. Dieog said if she wanted to go, he'll be waiting in the car. He took the baby with him.
Berenice gave it a thought.

Diego/Berenice's apartment: Diego said they can take the opportunity to hint to the family tht they were
divorcing during the gathering, or maybe she just prefer a public fight. He took the baby out with him.

Coffee council: Mariano was on the phone and was talking about the race. Paloma came in. He passed the
phone to her. It was the secretary of Agriculture ministry. She passed him the expenditure for their
guests. She answered the phone with a smile.

Dona Ines' house: Juan Francisco was with Bernando. He said he's beginning a new life. Bernando didn't
understand. He said he had just knew about his sickness and he had to channel his energy to other things,
even though it might hurt the family. Bernando happy to see his dad changed. Juan Francisco felt great.
Bernando said he like his father's changed in perception. He said there's nothing more important in
life other than life itself. Later Fabian came to join them. Fabian said he had nothing to report. He will
take advantage of Diego's coctail party. Bernnado was surprised tht Fabian wanted to find prospektive buyer
of his factory in America. Juan Francisco said tht was the best he can do to make things right. Bernando
looked at him and asked wht exactly his plans. Later Diego entered with Berneice. He put his baby down and
went to greed Juan Francisco. Diego said Fabian can come back to the office any time. Diego went to greet
Barbara. She wondered wht he had been upto lately. He kissed Diana and Danila and shook Harold's hand.

He went back to Juan Francisco. Fabian said he will work together with Diego and teach him how to make
money in the company. Diego laughed and said he must pay back his debts to the company first. Diego went to
search for Dona Ines and Bernando followed him.

Coffee council: Elena had just finished talking on the phone. Martha came asking her to check the names of the
guests with her.

Dona Ines' house: Bernando said Dona Ines said nothing. He said the meeting was so mysterious.

Hacienda: Miguel was busy transporting the oxycloride out of the warehouse.

Dona Ines' house: Harold went to greet the baby and called himself Uncle Harold. He said the baby was
getting fat and darker. He said the baby looked like him. Berenice took the baby to the study. Later the
maid Raquel told Diana tht her husband called.

Hacienda: Miguel said he was on the way and said the oxycloride slowed his journey. later he hang up and the
man gave him his money. Miguel said in 6 months, he'll give him more oxycloride. Later he left for the airport.

Coffee council: Martha and Paloma almost finished with the guests list. Mariano offered coffee and Paloma
agreed. Martha said now the list of the Sanchez Sambarno family. Paloma said she didn't want to stir
any trouble at the coctail party. Paloma decided tht they can invite Dona Ines and Juan Francisco, she
didn't want Angela to come and suggest tht she sleep at home or watch theatre.

Dona Ines' house: Barbara, diana and Berenice still didin't know wht Dona Ines was up to. Barbara said they
must do anything they can to save their marriage.

Coffee council: Then it come to Barbara and Fabian's name. Paloma decided to let Fabian come and not Barbara.

Dona Ines' house: Barbara said the information tht Graciela gave on Elena would be enough to destroy her.
Diana didn't agree and can't believe they will go tht far, she said Dona Ines will kill them. Barbara said
this will be their little secret and they definitely get Angela's support.

Coffee council: Diana and Miguel's name. Paloma recognize the name. She was surprised to hear tht
Miguel was organizing the hacienda, so she decided tht Miguel can come but his wife must stay at home. Then
Bernando, she liked him and said tht he's nice so he can come. Then Mariano heard Diego's name and Paloma
was all dreamy. He slammed the door and cut short her dream.

Dona Ines house: Diego was with Harold and Daniela. All three of them wanted to disappear and run. They all
laughed.

New york: Marcia's father was checking some papers. Later there was a call and his wife and daughter
arrived. He was happy to see them. Marcia took out a diskette. She said tht what they get when in new york.
An investigation did by the customs office on El Cafetalero. A case involving Julian Mendez whose coffee
never reach the port. Julian was his friend and lost 25 thousand coffee. Marcia smiled.

Hacienda: Miguel arrived and he went to greet Diego. Daniela shook h is hand and Harold hugged him. Daniela
said everyone was waiting for him and they can't eat without him. Diego ask about oxycloride. Miguel said he
observed everything about oxycloride and it was lucky he made it to the airport. Harold was commenting
Miguel's dark skin after working at the hacienda and his starting to show how manly he was by doing all the
hard work. Miugel pushed away Harold's hand.

Miguel asked if Daniela really want to marry tht man. Diego said Dniela owned only one third of the wealth so
he didn't have to worry.

Barbara suggest Berenice learn to control herself during the meeting. Diana left first followed by
Berenice and Barbara.

Bernando asked Daniela for clues but no one anything.Dona ines came and everyone stood up. She told
them to sit and said she can't promise there will be a good dinner. Harold asked if Miguel cooing again? Dona
Ines told him to shut up. Daniela touched his hand. Dona Ies said Don Lorenzo worked for 60 years full of
wisdom, polite and dignity. Everyone worked with him respected him, the coffee world respected him, as a wife
she was proud because she inherit his name. Barbara puffed her cigarette and said she didn't understand
where Dona Ines was going with the story. Dona Ines told her to shut up and stop pretending as if she knew
nothing. Dona Ines said this was her house and she's the one who state the rules.

She continued her story about Don Lorenzo and how exporters, farmers, the congress respected him. She
approached Barbara and asked if tht were true and then turned to Berenice. She was hurt tht Angela didn't come
because she had crazy ideas about getting medication.

Coffee council: Marhta was getting tired and there's one more list. Allevaneda was surprised to see them
there. Allevaneda congratulated them coz their team won. He was hapy with the campaign. He hope thy will
succeed again. He pulled Paloma aside and said he went to see dona Ines and won't let anyone bother her. he
knew tht Dona Ines was respected woman with principle.

Dona Ines' house: Dona Ines said under Don Lorenzo's name his sons grew up, Juan Francisco and Joaquin. They
didn't need certificate to show their dignity. The family name was enough to open any eyes. She said from
this she got the strength to face any trouble. She wanted to finish her story. She said her sons showed
great family values and valuable to the family. Fabian was getting the hint already. Dona Ines said the wives
of her grandsons were destroying the family. She get bad news about this. She asked if Berneice knew. She
said she herself understand dignity. Both Barbara and Berenice stood up but Dona Ines yelled at them and
ordered them to sit. Diego smiled.

Dona Ines told them how angry Allevaneda was and how sad he was to see the family. Roberto came to tell them
them they were not respected and congratulated Barbara and Berenice for tht. She said she begged them to stop
harrassing Elena. She advice her to act as a respected wife. But they went to council and created war. SHe
said tht so low. She said this was gettig serious because the international coffee was involved now. Juan
Francisco was surprised and said tht can mean their licence will be froze. He asked if they realise wht was
going on. Dona Ines told them tht Allevaneda overheard Berenice's and susana conversation and it was a solid proof.

Barbara said she had enough and Dona Ines said she can go where ever she want. Dona Ines said the council
didn't accept Elena's resignation or this will go on public and started talking bad things about the family.
Juan Francisco said this cannot happen. Dona Ines cried. Juan Francisco understood now. Dona Ines said
even now the Ministry of Agriculture was also supporting elena. They warned her tht it will destroy
her family name. Dona Ines also supported Elena and warned Berenice and Barbara not to do anything stupid
and she will be the first to condemn them. She said Elena had the dignity tht Berenice and Barbara didn't
have. Barbara was on her feet again but fabian told her to shut up and sit down. Dona Ines said at one point
they can't be proud of their last name again because both Bernice and Barbara didn't deserve the name. She
told Juan Francisco to use her kind of tone while to talking to angela. Dona Ines warned Diana too. She
turned to Daniela and said she was the only light in her life. Dona Ines hope their enjoyed their dinner and left.

Barbara and Berenice were leaving but Juan francisco stopped them and asked why were they doing this?
destroying the family? Berenice said if they want apologize, she apologize to all of them but she said
now she realised she didn't deserve a seat at the dinner table because Elena deserved it. She left and
Barbara followed.

Harold asked if they can eat because he's hungry and he wasn't here for trouble. Fabian left the table.

Berenice told Barbara tht she can't take this anymore. Barbara was sad tht Fabian didn't defend her. Berenice
never imagine tht Roberto would come to meet Dona Ines. Barbara said Elena had found a way to hurt them and
Angela and Diana was involved too. Barbara said they must get a respectable position in the family because
they were the wives. Barbara said if Elena at the coffee council, they will need to get into the other
exporters' wives' brains to hate Elena and pushed her down. They must take advantage. Berenice cried and said
Elena will pay.

Dona Ines' house: Barbara said they must get their dignity back. Berenice cried and held her baby, she
asked how can they get it back when it was already crushed. Barbara told her to calm down.

coffee council: Mariano wondered wht will they explain if too many Sanchez Sambrano girls were excluded. She
said she can't meet them. She said if he wanted to invite them, it was up to him and she won't be there.
Mariano wanted her to be at the cocktail party. Mariano said he'll make the decision and Allevaneda himself
didn't like the girls. They both smiled.

Dona Ines house: Harold said Dona Ines was away too long and someone must bring something for her. He said
when her aunt was angry, he put on music to calm her down. Diana told Harold to shut up. Barbara asked
Fabian if they could leave. Diego said looks like Berenice can't wait to leave, he said it was a pleasant
evening and hope to meet Bernando tomorrow at work. Barbara said looks like Diego was the only one who is
happy with the evening, thanks to Dona Ines. Juan Francisco said Barbara deserved wht she got from Dona
Ines. Barbara said she had been punished enough. Juan Francisco hope she realised her mistake by now. Fabian
drag his wife out of the house and hope to meet his dad tomorrow.

Diego/Berenice's house: Diego and Berenice arrived. Rocio help brought the baby to his room. Berenice said
he must be satisfied watching her grandma being angry on her. Diego said he's tired. Bernice wanted him to
admit it. Diego told her to stop blaming him. Bernice said there's no use for them to be married anymore.
Diego said she was the one who didn't respect her own conditions. Diego left and Berenice yelled she's still
talking to him! She said everyone supported Paloma and she was alone when the disguted words threw towards
her. She asked if she should let Diego play her around, should she just stay at home and let him sleep with
Paloma. Diego said he didn't play with her. nothing will change, and they will always be together. She
dared him to be a good husband.

Dona Ines' house: Harold hugged Daniela and asked wht was she thinking. Daniela asked about human creating
human, the artificial insemination. Harold went to her and said he was capable giving her children and no need
for artificial insemination. Daniela playfully slapped Harold and said tht wasn't wht she meant. She was just

Barbara/Fabian's apartment: Barbara said they can't just let this like this, it involved her dignity. She
asked if Fabian was listening. Fabian asked if she watched Deigo's son closely. He changed too much in two
months. His hair was too dark. Barbara said not all Sanchez Sambrano family were brown haired. Barbara

follow the diet because his colestrol level was rising. He asked if the doctor told him to stop taking coffee.
He said he won't let the doctor take half of his life. He won't take the medication. She said don't make her
ask Allevaneda to force him to take a leave. Paloma showed him the coffee Casablanca. Mariano loved the
packing and asked if the lips had any meaning.

El Cafetalero: Bernando praised the packing, the traditional part will attract international buyers, he
asked about the lips on the pack. Diego said it was just to complete the lable. Bernando asked if it was
Mariano's idea. Diego's face changed and asked how far he knew Mariano. Bernicando sid there's on other may
capable other than Mariano, he's like a walking coffee encyclopedia. He's young and brilliant. Diego asked if

Coffee council: Mariano wanted Paloma to follow him outstation. She wanted to refuse but he can't accept.
Mariano said if she need to ask for Diego's permission. They will also have to visit the hacienda. Mariano said
if she didn't want to go, he will ask Martha. Paloma finally said she will follow him and promised there
will be no trouble.

el Cafetalero: Fabian went to meet Diego. Deigo asked if he was there to take back his office. Fabian said he
just need a secretary. Diego said soon he will everything back to him. Later Juan Francisco joined
them. They asked about coffee prize and Juan Francisco smiled saying 2.03 and it's still rising. Fabian said
he was talking to Diego about his office, FAbian agreed to use Rafael's office. Diego said Rafael didn't work
permanent here anymore, he just come back from time to time. FAbian said he need Rafael on wht he was doing
and said Diego will be surprised with wht they will find.

New York: Marcia's father was gathering information and wanted to find Julian Mendez's wife. Marcia didn't
understand why they were looking for Maria. He said maybe they can get one solid proof from Maria Eugenia.
Marcia's mother asked if wht they found in New York was useless? He said Fabian was good, his customs agent
covered everything very well. He said he had Rafael Perez's address.

El Cafetalero: Fabian ordered Margarita to get Rafael Perez now. Later Margarita entered the office and gave
them their invitation. When Juan Francisco refuse to have coffee Fabian commented tht his father changed to
a vegetarian in a very short time. Fabian said he can't wait to taste Diego's coffee. Diego knew tht Fabian
forced some people to get his name into the invitation list because he wanted to meet the important people
there. Juan francisco checked his invitation a few times because their wives were not invited. Was it too
important? Fabian suggest tht he asked Elena tht question, she must have the answer. Later Fabian left.
Diego told Juan Francisco not to look at him.

Hacienda: Aurelio was surprised to see Josefina at the hacienda. She said she's working at the hacienda and in
charge of preparing Miguel's food. Aurelio wanted her to leave. He was angry tht Leonor took JOsefine to work
there. He went to speak to Leonor and asked if she was trying to give him a hard time. She suggest tht he talk
to their boss.

Dona Ines house: Miguel was on his facial treatment again. He put two slices of cucumber on his eyes. Diana
gave him the invitation tht had just arrived. He said tht was his first invitation and wanted Diana to
confirm his attendance. Diana said her name wasn't written on the card so Miguel will go alone. Later Dona
Ines came and Diana told her tht Miguel had just bought a new facial toner. Dona ines said he can put the stuff
and cucumber on his face in his room. Miguel suggested tht Dona Ines do the same. Dona Ines refused and later
checked her card. She said maybe the council made a mistake and Diana should check with the council. Dona
Ines added tht this was wht she get if she meddle with the council's business. Dona Ines told MIguel to get
dressed. He stood up and said his facial session has ended and he finally had the chance to meet the famous
Elena Olivares. Diana was a little angry and Miguel said it was all about business. He wanted to get new
clothes.

Bernice/Diego's apartment: Berenice knew nothing about any invitation. Diana asked her about it. Diana said
it's wierd non of them were invited to Diego's coffee coctail party. Later Barbara arrived. Berenice hang up
and told Barbara tht they weren't invited to the party. ricio came to take the baby who was already asleep.
Bernice was getting curious. Diana wasn't invited and Diego told her nothing about it. Barbara said she will

will come tomorrow. Fabian was on the phone with 'Erica' and Margarita answered the phone from Barbara.
He told Erica to wait and answered the phone from Barbara. He said he was just contacting all his
girlfriends to celebrate his return. Barbara was angry when Fabian said she wasn't invited, she wanted to know
why. Fabian said she didn't know. She asked if Diego received the invitation. Fabian told her tht Berneice

New York: Marcia asked to speak to Rafael Perez but he wasn't in. She said she will call back. She remembered

El cafetalero: Fabian told Perez tht he'll start working fulltime at the cafetalero next week. Perez
wondered wht would Fabian do to avoid his father tracking him at the stock market. Fabian said his
father had been away from the market for quite sometime and Diego didn't know a thing about stock market.

Hacienda Casablanca: Juancho asked Jeremy about coffee gourmet and suggested tht Jeremy get a land of his own
to manage because he's good at taking care of land. Jeremy asked Juancho to help him find Matilde and asked
her where was Don Manuel. Juancho found it very wierd and pour some tequila because he can feel tht he won't
like wht he will hear.

Berenice/Diego's apartment: Barbara was complaining about Angela getting too much treatment this days.
Later Diana and Berneice raised about them not being invited to the cocktail party for Diego's coffee
gourmet. Berneice told Rocio to go check on her baby. Barbara announced tht they must handle this with
wisdom. Berneice said they can't go to the party and become a laughing material to Paloma and her people at
the council. Barbara said they can't just sit a wait, they know Paloma deliberately drop their names from the

Diego/Berneice's apartment: Barbara's voice was doing the angry tune when she was on the phone with someone
saying tht all other exporters wives were invited except them. Barbara said she will escort Fabian and
will see wht will happen. Diana showed her the card, Barbara was angry again when she saw a footer written
at the bottom of the card saying tht the card was not transferable. Barbara was determined to ask for
explanation from the coffee council and if necessary from Allevaneda himself. Diana said "Not again..."

cofee council: Paloma was with Mariano, Martha and other staff discussing their trip to haciendas in
veracruz, jalapa and some other places. Later the phone rang and Martha picked it up, she deliberately repeated
Barbara's name out loud, making both Mariano and Paloma looked down nervously. Mariano decided to talk to
Barbara. He took the phone and greeted her and said he was happy to have the pleasure talking to her. Barbara
asked if he expected her to escort her husband to the cocktail party or was she deliberately eliminated from
the list. Mariano tried to excuse saying tht non of the wives were invited. Barbara shot back saying tht she
checked with other wives, they were all invited except the sanchez sambrano girls. Mariano didn't know wht to
say and said Elena was the one who handled the list and offered BArbara to talk to Paloma who was making the
"no, no" signals. Barbara didn't want to talk to her and said this was delibrately done to humiliate her.
She threatened tht they can eliminate the whole family's name from the list because non of them will come. She
accused tht the coucil were making alliances with Paloma to destroy them. Berenice and Diana were
restless when hearing Barbara's brave words.

coffee council: Mariano told Palmoa and Martha tht the Sanchez Sambrano family was offended by wht happen.
Mariano said Diego will stop from the coffee gourmet business and they have to cancel hacienda casablanca
from their visitation list. Martha started to cry and said all the hard work she done was put to waste, she
will have to erase FAbian's name from the exporters list, erase the casablanca name from the visitation
list, she didn't know where to find the replacement. Mariano told her to sit on the chair instead of the
floor. Paloma knew tht Allevaneda won't like this. Mariano told them to calmd down and wanted them to
think wht they should do.

el cafetalero: Margarita went to see Diego, he wanted to go buy some stuff. She told her tht his flight had
been confirmed. Later the phone rang and she picked it up while Diego left. It was Paloma, she told her tht
Diego left. Paloma asked if there was any problems with the invitation to the cocktail party. Margarita there
was no chaos wht so ever and told her not to worry. Paloma thanked her and told her to keep her ears open.
Later Martha came to tell Paloma tht her sister in law was on the phone.

Dona Ines' house: Daniela mentioned tht she knew everything happen at the restaurant and with the
police. Paloma asked if Diego left the part where she had to run after him around town. (Mariano shifted in
his seat) Paloma wanted Daniela to help her arrange a meeting with Dona Ines. Daniela found tht very wierd.
Paloma explained tht DAniela's sister in laws and sister created a scene in the coffee council when they
weren't invited to the cocktail party for coffee gourmet. Daniela laughed and asked if it was a joke.
She never thought Paloma would do tht. Paloma confessed tht she did all tht. Paloma knew tht the girls wished
tht she was boiled alive. Daniela said she was a bit angry too because Palmoa didn't invite her. Later she
said she was joking. Paloma was surprised to learn tht the girls didn't came to Dona Ines to complain. Daniela
said it will be a bit late because Dona Ines scolded them the night before for being naughty. Paloma
reminded her to arrange her meeting with Dona Ines before the girls start throwing her into boiling oil.
Daniela wondered wht Barbara did this time. Paloma said Barbara told her boss tht the whole family was offended
when the wives weren't invited and threatened to boycott the cocktail party. She added tht will cause
great loss to her boss. She was worried of wht Dona Ines would think about this. Daniela was worried tht
Dona Ines might support the girls. Daniela hang up and about tht time Dona Ines arrived. Daniela said she was

Daniela made Dona Ines listened to her. Dona Ines didn't wnat to hear tht Barbara and Berenice was
harassing Elena again. Daniela asked Dona Ines to listen to Paloma, listen to wht she had to say. Dona
Ines she wont' bother Elena's life as long ask she satay away from their lives. Daniela said there a lot
to be explained and Fabian left things off just like tht. She said Paloma problem will never settle, she
insist dona Ines say yes, she said she always ended in being on the truth side in the end.

Berenice/Diego's apartment: Barbara said she never missed any party, Fabian will have to listen to her no
to go to the party Berneice said it will be hard for her with Diego. Diana reminded tht tht Barbara also
mentioned tht Dona Ines won't be coming too. Barbara said they had to talk to Dona Ines and make her on their side.

Hacienda Casablanca: Juancho was confused with the story, whether Don Manuel was alive or already dead.
Jeremy explained again tht Matilde tried to make him part of the murder process by pouting the gun into his
hands. Juancho told him to calm down because the police said Don Manuel was alive and handling his hacienda
from abroad. Juancho will find Matilde an asked about her uncle. At least Jeremy was happy because he's sure
tht Don Manuel was still alive.

coffee council: Mariano was too worried, Paloma tried to calm him down and promised tht she will settle
everything once she met Dona Ines. If this didn't work she will confront Allevaneda and face the consequences.
Later Martha came asking if they can put the stuff they arrange in the bulletin. Mariano said they will decide
tomorrow. Paloma said stuff she will discuss with Dona Ines won't just be about business it will also involve
personal stuff, so Mariano can't come with her. Mariano said no matter wht happen, he will support her. He
warned her not to make any promisses. Later the phone rang, it was her sister in law, Daniela.
on the phone: Daniela said there is a bad news and a good news. Paloma chose to hear the bad news first.
Daniela said Berenice, Diana and Barbara will join dona Ines for dinner tonight and Dona Ines agreed to meet
them. And the good news is, Dona Ines wanted to meet Paloma first. Paloma closed her eyes and release the
breath tht she had been holding for quite sometime, she was so relieved and almost smiled.

Berneice's parent's home: Berneice's mom called her at home but Rocio answered the phone saying tht she went
out with Diana and Barbara to have dinner with Dona Ines.

Bernice's mom conveyed the message to Ricardo, Berenice's father. She said it must be important
because she didn't bring her son or Diego. She complained tht Berneice's life and problem involved a
lot with Sanchez Sambrano family. Ricardo puffed his cigar and said he saw no problem at all. She asked if
one day he had to take sides, which side will he choose? Ricardo said he will choose someone who make
him comfortable. She asked if he believe tht Berneice will make the same choice like he would? She explained
tht Berneice was afraid tht Ricardo didn't pay his debts and this will tie Diego to Ricardo's agreement
with his debtors. Ricardo said Berneice will divorce Diego. She told her husband to think back wht he had
just said Berneice will choose someone who will make her comfortable, she asked if Berenice will be
comfortable with her parents?

Paloma's home: Soledad remembered the time when she was not so healthy, she told Paloma tht soon she will work
again. Paloma didn't want her to work because she will find the best work and bring them lots of money.
Soledad said to Paloma tht they must set a date, if to tht date she still didn't have a decent job, they will
become collectors again. Soledad reminded her tht they were out of money and she didn't want to wake up one
morning with nothing to eat. Paloma said tht will never happen, she will never go back as a collector. Soledad
close her eyes and cried. She said their story was exactly like a telenovela.

Restaurant: Paloma was waiting at the dinner table, wondering if her watch was correct, was it really 7.30
already, she asked the waiter for confirmation and he said it was 7.32. Dona Ines hadn't arrived yet.

New York: Marcia's father was on the phone with someone saying tht he had something to forward to Allevaneda.
Later he hang up and called Marcia's number. She was miserable and fell a sleep, she picked up the phone and
was wide awake when he said Fabian went back to Mexico and wondered if she wanted to follow him to mexico for
a cocktail party.

Bereice/Diego's house: Diego returned and Rocio told her tht Berenice went out with Diana and Barbara. Diego
said to himself "bomb had exploded". Diego decied to have dinner at home. He picked up the phone and dialed
Elena's number.

Dona Ines house: Daniela and Harold smiled welcoming Bernice, Barbara and Diana. She said Dona Ines will be
there soon and she was assigned to welcome them. She asked if they want anything to drink and later answer
the question herself by saying 'of course not'. She told them to have a seat. Diana asked for Miguel and
Daniela said he was doing his routine activity (sleeping) and Harold had been observing him all the
time. Harold smiled and kissed Daniela's head. Barbara told Daniela to inform Dona Ines tht they had arrived.
Daniela asked if they heard her the first time, Dona Ines will be back soon, tht mean she wasn't at home.
Barbara was a little offended and said Ines already knew tht they were coming. Danila slowly explained tht
she mentioned tht Dona Ines will be back soon and assigned her to welcome them. She told them to relax because Dona Ines will be back soon.

Restaurant: Dona Ines arrived and greeted Elena. She said it had been a long time since their last meeting.
Paloma quickly stood up and faced Dona Ines' smiling face.
