FERAL CATS

Feral cats are NOT "abandoned" nor "homeless" kittens!

Feral cats are "domestic-but-not-tamed" cats who love the great outdoors!

Like babies, feral cats love to play with their food! They love to be entertained by crawling bugs, flying birds, mice, rats, and to see every breeze change their scenery!

A fate worse than death for a feral cat is to be locked in a cage, or in a room where nothing moves until the master/mistress comes home from work, switches on the TV for a few hours, and then goes to bed. Just imagine how exciting life is for that cat!

You don't want to play with the same toy all day every day; you don't like to eat the same food every day. What should a cat be any different?

Feral cats must blend in with the environment to survive, but just like a Lion, Tiger, Cougar, or Puma, the reflective glow from a cat's eyes always gives away their location.

Because Feral cats live in the Great Outdoors, they are much more likely to carry diseases and parasites which can be very harmful to humans, so NEVER TOUCH A FERAL CAT ~ unless you are wearing gloves!

A University of California Davis study of dead sea otters found that 13% of the total died from toxoplasmosis (a parasite which can cause pregnant women to give birth to deformed babies) attributed to the poop from feral cats flowing down into the ocean.

Never put out food nor water for Feral cats!
To survive in the wild, Feral cats must remain alert and healthy. Feeding Feral cats just makes them fat and lazy - and that means a very short life!

It doesn't take very long for a Feral cat to use up nine lives, and though it may come in a can, that doesn't mean Feral cats can leap tall buildings - or even a fence!
