ENOCH DUPY AND DESCENDANTS

    Enoch Dupy was born on July 18, 1833 in Preble county,  Ohio (his obituary states he was born around Dayton, Ohio).  He died on June 23, 1904 in Auburn, Sangamon county, Illinois.  Enoch was married twice, his first marriage was to Sarah Jane Wilkins who was born in 1831 in Jersey county, Illinois.  Enoch and Sarah Jane were married on January 20, 1859 in Lee county, Iowa.  The date of Sarah Jane's death is unknown.
     Enoch married a second time to Margaret VanNatta, daughter of  Aaron and Marie (Tietsort) VanNatta.  They were married in 1879 in Sangamon county, Illinois. She was born on May 22, 1848 in Girard, Illinois and died on December 15, 1915 in Virden, Macoupin county, Illinois.  Enoch and Margaret (VanNatta) Dupy are buried at Virden Cemetery, Macoupin county, Ilinois
