Of forest annoyances there are few greater than the thorns and spikes of certain plants. Pictured here are the razor-sharp blades of a grass-like stalk. It grows up to fifteen feet tall and will slice and dice you if not careful. Below are the bloody "cats claws" which hook into every part of your body and backpack while pushing through the foliage.

The last picture is of a cool vine-like plant. Its proper name contains the word diablo (devil) but for the life of me I can't remember it.
