We have to rent the space each month. We do not demand an entrance fee, we do ask that each gamer who shows up for a meeting make a voluntary donation. The usual donation is $5.00 per person.
When are EBAG meetings?
The club meets in the East Bay normally on the first Saturday of every month. We will give ample notice if the meeting days change. Times vary, but gaming begins about 10 or 11 AM and ends about 6 PM. Times may vary, so check our current schedule before attending.
Where does EBAG meet?
The club currently meets at the Temescal Library in Oakland or the Richmond Library. Check the current schedule for the next meeting location.

Parking is a bit tricky, but by no means impossible.
Closest BART station is MacArthur (about 8 blocks away).
We rent their basement meeting room ("capacity 75"), and can usually accommodate 3 or more tabletop games.
It's a gorgeous, well-maintained space with turn-of-the-century detailing. EBAG usually meets there from 10 AM to about 5 PM. Confirm meeting times before you come out.
Plenty of food and drinks available nearby. Drinks can be brought in, but food must be eaten outside.

We meet in the Madeline F. Whittlesey Community Room attached to the Children's Library. The room has private bathrooms, plenty of tables and chairs, and great natural light. A very roomy and private space.
Meetings begin about 11:30 AM and last until 8 PM. There is a public reading group that meets in the morning before us. If you show up early, please do not disturb this group.
There is lots of off-street parking and many restaurants and stores nearby for food and drinks. Drinks can be brought into the meeting foom, but not food.
