Pagina de la lengua y literatura espanoles Don Pablo This website has a lot of information in Spanish about peninsular literature. It's a good summary. Click on "Historia de la literatura" for the information about the time periods.
Cervantes Virtual The link after this has a Word document with links to the authors that I found. I have not added any links for la Edad Media to it though. This website has lots of information about different others.

Rincondelvago GREAT SITE for notes! It has lots of notes that people have posted about different authors and their books...in Spanish!
Iberian Language and Literature Web Lots of links to sources of Iberian Literature
Sonetos del Siglo de Oro Just like the title says:).
Lista de lecturas From University of Arizona. Has the works under genre (prosa, poesia, etc).
Lengua y cultura Various general sources about literary movements.
Virtual Libro Look under the part about "literatura"; general source for info on time periods.
Anthology of Spanish Poetry GREAT if you don't understand the Spanish, some of the works are in English as well; also has a mirror site that is all in Spanish!
Asesoría de Lengua This is a website with the ESQUEMAS. It has several different schemas: one general one with all the literary time periods and two for each time period. Click on "Recursos para la clase de literatura." Great website!
Educación Secundaria Obligatoria: Primer Ciclo This is a great website for information and citations from several of the works from Spain. Scroll down and click under "Profundización" on "Primer Curso" for the first half of the literary time periods and "Segundo Curso" for the second half. Awesome website!
Sololiterature.com If you click on the "paises" you will get alot more links to authors from the various countries. Some of the links are also included in the Reading list with links.

Mongrafias.com You can search for authors here and sometimes finds some information about the author, synopsis of works and how they fit into time period. It is just monographs that people have posted. I don't know who posts them. I know some are by professors.
