PIGMENT, PAINT, AND INK RECYCLING
a.) Surplus Toner – consist of new unused toner for Photo Copiers or printing cartridges.
b.) Spent Toner – consist of waste toner from copier or printing cartridges.
c.) Waste Printing Inks – consist of waste inks recovered liquid (wet) printing inks.
d.) Surplus Paint – consist of new unused paints suitable direct used and may contain job lot overruns, excess inventory, unused part lots.
e.) Bulk Paint – consist of bulk liquid paints suitable for recovery operations.  Color mixing is to be agreed upon between the buyer and seller.
f.) Old Paint – consist of full or partly used cans of interior or exterior house paints.
g.) Old Paint Cans – consist of old cans of interior or exterior house paints with dried bottoms of paint.
h.) Paint Chips & Bottoms – consist of dry paint chips or dried paint bottoms and may contain leaded paints.
i.) Surplus Dyes – consist of new, un-used liquid (wet) batch dyes in odd lots or surplus inventory.
j.) Spent Dyes – consist of used or spent liquid (wet) batch dyes.
k.) Surplus Pigments & Dry Colorants – consist of new, un-used dry concentrated colorants or pigments as odd lots or surplus inventory.
l.) Spent Pigments & Dry Colorants – consist of used or spent dry concentrated colorants or pigments.
