| Gavin's 1st year really hunting hard, and boy did it pay off, 5 deer in 1 season. Started the season off opening morning of the 2006 archery season with a doe at 8 yds. with his Parker cross bow (see the video at the top of the page). Then the next Friday he shot this nice 7 pt. at 35 yds with his Parker cross bow. The family bought Dad a 243 for Christmas and before he got to shot it Gavin shot a button buck with it. The the last week of the season he shot these 2 does with his 20 gauge and dropped them in their tracks not 5 yds. apart at 45 yds. and He thinks he wants to give up Football because it cuts into his hunting time. |
