Introduction:

You'll find when you start playing this game that it's a little bit different than most Sonic games you may be used to, if you played any of the previous
Sonic the Hedgehog titles. Basically what you're supposed to do is run around in a bunch of different 3D environments killing the enemies in the level.
What happens when you kill the enemies is they will change into a little bird, you then grab the bird which then will follow you around. Finally to clear that
part of the level you get all the birds it requires you to get then you take it over to the huge magical ring which is somewhere in the level. Little side things
you can do is collect 50 rings then find Tails or Knuckles. What they will do is take you to the new remade rendition of the special stage from Sonic the
Hedgehog 2 for Genesis. It's really cool! Doing this is out of your way and hard work but it gets you a lot of points at the end of the level. This game is
medium in difficulty and a great game to play if you want a challenge that is not too hard.

Review:

Graphics - (9/10)
For a Sega Saturn game, this game has outstanding graphics. The character models are all in 3D, as well as the brilliantly created levels. I was also amazed
on how big all the levels where, the special stage is well designed too. I like how they take it from Sonic 2 and make it into something way better.

Sound: - (10/10)
The sound was really done well. They took some of the sound effect from the previous Sonic games so when you were playing it, it would actually sound like
you were playing a Sonic game. The music is the greatest part of the game though. Awesome composing done, it has all variations of music in it. From techno
to rock, whatever you like. Each level had music that would perfectly suit the environment you were in.

Controls: - (8/10)
The controls in this game are pretty basic. If your use to the controls in the previous Sonic titles then you'll be use to the controls in this game, probably because
the controls are all the same. The only difference you'll notice is that when you want to stop, you'll slide a bit first, same goes with turning when your running fast.
Basically they turned Sonic's handling into that of a car.

Story - (8/10)
The story in this game is the usual. It's you verse Dr. Robotnik. And you got to get through all the levels to make it to his base.

Game Play - (10/10)
You'll notice that you're probably going to get sucked into the levels when you play it. When I was playing this game
it was like I was un conscience to the world outside of Sonic's world. The factors that led to this were the amazing music and how fun
it was to play this game.

Replay Value - (7/10)
I've replayed this game many times. Each time though got more boring which is the bad part. The reason I gave it the score I did is not because I
didn't replay it many times, I did don't get me wrong on that, it's because it got more boring each time I would replay it.

Worth the Money?
This game is definitely worth the bucks to buy. Not only is it fun but it's addicting too! A great game for all ages.

This here ends my review, I hope this review has helped you consider buying this game!
