The photo is a collection of photos; top left photo is Cyrus Augustine Davis on left, next photo after Cyrus are his grandchildren Dean, Lorena and Gene Reddin, next photo after his grandchildren is Cyrus Augustine Davis and Lucy Hosier's daughter, Nora Davis, and the last photo just under photo of Nora is her husband Dennis Reddin. This is a photo edit combining several photographs into one background. All but the photo of Nora were graciously provided by Mr. Boyce W Davis of Prescott, AZ. His uncle "Robbie" Robert Wesley Davis had the photo's and passed them on to Boyce W Davis who graciously shared them.
Cyrus Augustine Davis, was the son of John Barton Davis and Christina Liming his first wife.
He was born 22 Aug 1875 in Cass Co, Illinois and died September 23, 1898 in Navarro County, Texas. He was buried in the Old Pursley Cemetary close to John Barton Davis grave, his father who survived his son. John his father is buried with his second wife Mirilda J (Kimbrell).
He married Lucy Hosier probably in Navarro Co, TX. They had a dauther Nora Davis who was born September 02, 1897 and died July 27, 1968. Their dauther Nora Davis married Dennis Reddin who died March 03, 1966. Dennis and Nora Davis had three children.
