| This plane is scratch-built using Jerry Bates plans. It features a full cockpit, custom landing gear by Carl Bachhuber, functional bomb bay with bomb drop, functional dive brakes, and sliding canopy. It's finished with latex paint over lightweight fiberglass cloth applied with epxoy resin. It's modelled after "Baby IV" which was one of the "Bombing Banshees". They were the first Marine unit to take the Helldivers into combat when they attacked Cabaguio, Mindinao on June 2, 1945. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||
