| Shido had a life before he became a vampire, however all of his memories belond to his sire and former lover, Cain. However, through the years Shido has grown use to his new life as a vampire, and even use to his short lived relationships with humans, and to the fact that for the most part he ramains a loner. However, before he knows it he is surrounded by people to love. However Cain continues to taunt him with his memories, only showing him bits and pieces at a time. Cain even goes as far as to put one of the humans Shido cares most about in danger.. |

| The Hellsing Organization's goal is to hunt down the impure souls of the dead and damn them into eternal damnation, amen. Intregal Hellsing, decendant of the van Hellsing's from Dracula, runs this organization against vampires, however makes one exception when it comes to Alurcard, an ancient vampire who is the organizations best agent. On one particular assignment he is given a choice to save a young girls life by turning her into a vampire, or letting her die. To him the choice is obvious. When he is reunited with Intregal he is no longer the only vampire in the Hellsing orginization. |
