I must tell you that in addition to the revisions you mentioned, I also changed what happens should she die a little bit. Also, I added reasons to why she likes/dislikes things and why she fears things.

Senshi: Sailorsoris

Name: Synachi Infinitas
Well, Synachi is Greek and Infinitas is Latin. Synachi = Cold and Infinitas = Eternity. Cold Eternity. BTW, I'd like to mention that if she had a nickname, it would be Syn, pronounced Sin.
Age: 21 (Well, she died at 17, more info later)
Birthday: December 21st
Zodiac: Sagittarius (Sagi/Capricorn cusp)
Blood Type: B
Likes:
Fishnet stockings - Synachi enjoys fishnet stockings because they aren't designed to giver her shapely legs color. She also just enjoys the way they look and the stigma that occasionally goes with them.
Travel - Travel is the essence of life, or death, because it stimulates creativity and learning. Well, at least in Synachi's opinion. Another large benefit is the fact that should she develop a bap reputation somewhere, she usually moves to another part of town, or country if she's lucky.
Modern art - It leaves things up to imagination, especially abstract modern art. Synachi gets tired of little girls with rosy cheeks, or little boys sleeping by a haystack. She prefers to see a picture where SHE chooses what's going on.

Dislikes: Graveyards - Graveyards only serve to remind Synachi that she is dead and doesn't look like she used to.
Plastic jewelry - If you are going to wear jewelry, there is no reason to wear crap. Should Synachi ever bother with jewelry, you can guarantee that it will have the ring of real metal and jewels. Plastic jewelry looks childish and cheap. Children - Children manage to hit every nerve still reacting in Synachi's body. Thye have a tenedendy to guess that she is dead, and ask her stupid and pointless questions, which, though she chooses not to answer, only stinulates their little minds to ask more questions until their parents come and drag them off, apologizing. Hospital nurseries - Hospitals give Synachi the creeps because there are so many people who try to save lives. When you are dead, places to give life are fairly disturbing. Hospital nurseries are the center of new life which both disturbs and saddens Synachi. She hates seeing the new life brought forth, and misses her life at the same time.

Fears:
Permanent death - Synachi has felt the pain of death, but managed to come back. Though at first thought, one may think that she no longer fears death, she is more petrified than ever about losing what little life she maintains.
Powerful magic - Magic is the only thing that really really hurts Synachi. And powerful magic could kill her easily, as well as destroy everything that Synachi has built up into her half life.

Ambition: Find a spell to reunite her half spirit to her buried body.

Personality:
For a dead person, Synachi can be quite vivid. Synachi has odd moments of life, where she becomes sarcastic and energized. Probably that half-soul of hers kicking in. Gifted with good judgement in life and death, she plans things before rushing off and doing them. Her choices are rarely tinged with emotional run-off. She was once very ambitious, but her ambition turned towards apathy with death. She does what she has to, but she isn't what one would call a go-getter. She makes sure that she follows the rules set by her superior and her superior only. And should she mess up, she is ready to fess-up and admit it. Practical and realistic, Synachi isn't going to rush off on some dream or hope she might think of in the dead (oooh!! Word play!) of night. Not that she ever has that much emotion coursing through her body during quiescence, but still... Synachi is also cautious not to get in over her head, taking things a step at a time, often causing people around her to get frustrated with her inability to take a chance. She is blunt, and obscure to people she considers equal or lesser to her. This creates a sense of toleration between her and people, giving her acquaintances, but rarely friends. Her best point is her scholarly knowledge. In life, she studied very hard, even when fighting. Her biggest flaw, besides being dead, is her near-obsession with finding the meaning of life, or death in her case. She thinks that if she was destined to serve Lenax she shouldn't have had to die to join the team. Exploring the world around her was Synachi's favorite pastime in her life, and she does have a tendency to wander around and look at things during downtime. She died with a deep sense of dishonor, and seeks to regain that, even in death.

Appearance: Eye Color: Bright Green
Hair Color: Blue
Hair Style: Limp, blue hair. It's thin so it doesn't tangle. She doesn't put it up, too much work.
Height: 5'11"

Appearance isn't really important to Synachi. She has a common human farce, but only two outfits. She did at one point consider make-up, but her nearly white skin prevented from even the most basic color matches. She is anorexically thin, and her cheekbones are very defined and very high. She doesn't take time for personal grooming; she's dead, why bother? She has two sets of scars, one of which was fatal. She has a cross shaped scar on her right shoulder, and a fatal 10 inch slash from her lower right abdomen to the center of her chest.

Disguise: Synachi Infinitas

False Life: Synachi avoids contact with people as much as possible, her human disguise is just to get minor detail done, or get information. Her basic story about who she is revolves around the premise that she is a college student from Nova Scotia visiting some friends, and just looking around. Her "major" is theoretical physics and she has a skin disorder. Right. Sure you do Synachi. (Syn-chan: I do have a skin disorder, it's called DEATH!)
Synachi lives in Spruceland, intimidating the landowner into letting her keep a good apartment. There is no electricity, but there is running water, and she managed to get a slab of marble from a sculptor for her bed. Other than that, her apartment is pretty bare, save a few outfits and towels. Food, well occasionally. She really doesn't have to eat, but she keeps comfort food. The apartment is freezing cold because it is on the first floor, and there is no insulation. Most food stays just fine, and she has "received permission" to use the owner's freezer if necessary.

Transformation:
Power of Soris, Make-up!
Synachi closes her eyes and holds her left hand across her chest, palm flat like she was waiting for something to be handed to her. Her eyes are closed, and she is looking down and to her left. A twinkling cornflower blue light falls from the sky and lands in her palm. Once it touches her skin, the blue light spreads from her hand to the rest of her body. After about a second, it dissipates, revealing Sailorsoris.

Uniform:
We'll start with her shoulders up. Her collar goes down about a sixth of her arm and is sheer black. It is also fairly wide, starting halfway from her neck to her shoulder crest. Her choker is a little different (and done badly in the picture ^o^;;). There is a basic black choker halfway up her neck, then four triangles connecting into a point on her upper chest. They are like the WWII Japanese flag, now that I think of it. She has blue lipstick on. Her old senshi sign was scarred out from her forehead, and there are scarred scratches there now. However, a light blue cross is barely visible through the scarring, and it can be seen more clearly when Soris is angry or hurt. This is only visible during her transformed state.
Now for her torso. This is much easier. She wears a black, strapless top with a mildly pointed bottom. Her brooch is circular with her symbol in a darker blue in the center. The brooch itself is cornflower blue, as is her bow. Her bow is very droopy, and is only the loops, there are no ends. Her black skirt is mid thigh length, with a slit on the right side. Holding the slit together are three black bands. Accessory-wise, she doesn't wear gloves, mostly because her hands are so thin and claw like with her long nails. Her shoes are thigh high shiny boots with 2", thin heels. She does wear an armband on her right arm (also drawn poorly in the picture). It begins with a simple black band, and has equilateral triangles, point attached to the armband, and broad end attached to the floating band, which is actually suspended about an inch or so away from the skin on her arm. I'll have better pictures eventually. She wears no earrings or other jewelry.

Symbol:
Cornflower blue six point star with what looks to be a six point snowflake. The lower left and lower right lines, however, aren't angled, but straight.

Element:
Cold

Powers:
Chilling Influx
Cocking her head to the right slightly, Soris snaps her fingers, leaving her index finger and thumb extended after snapping. She yells Chilling, and two swirling balls of blue energy appear in her hands. She stares directly at the person, or group of people, she is targeting, and yells Influx. The balls swirl faster, and get misty streams coming from the people and heat begins to disappear very rapidly from the air around the victim(s). By law of diffusion, their heat begins to leave as well. This works best if the group is trapped and can't go anywhere. She can follow a person with the attack, but only if they are running. Slowly. And not jumping. If she loses focus of the person, the attack stops, and the person feels like they have just come in from a harsh winter storm: very warm. This attack can stop most fire attacks, as she can use it in close proximity and very quickly. This attack is mostly to slow her enemies down, and make their bodies more unresponsive as many people become when up on a freezing mountain wearing less than adequate coverage. Though no physical damage is done (she doesn't have enough energy usually to use this attack until there is no heat in a person's body) the drop in temperature often causes the person to focus on warming themselves up rather than hurting her.

Thermic Discharge
Causes moderate-severe hypothermia to a single target. Soris stands up very straight, rising to her full 5'11" height and tilts her head up. She crosses her right hand to hold her left elbow. Her left arm is bent and her hand is in a loose peace sign, her fingers together and her thumb right by the side of her hand. She arches her body back and extends her arms, leaving her right hand on her elbow. She has just yelled Thermic Discharge. She then looks at the victim and brings her hand down into a wide peace sign out in front of her face. She looks through her fingers at the victim, and the victim can feel their body temperature suddenly drop to around 91° F. This causes shock and if not taken care of, can cause cardiac damage and death. Immediate symptoms are loss of even basic motor skills and extremely slurred speech. They are too cold to shiver, but they are fairly unresponsive. For best results, care should be given within 15 minutes of attack. The attack with physical damage is done here, but since hypothermia has not set in from naturally causes, problems such as extremity amputation won't happen unless care isn't given within a half hour of the attack. The person with no motor control is 7 times out of 10 incapacitated and no longer a threat to Soris.

London Cover
Simple and quick, it condenses the moisture in the air to form very dense and chilly fog. She holds her arms like she was cold; her head is looking down. She whispers "London Cover," and emanates cornflower blue light. The air gets cold then condenses. She uses this attack for her to attack physically, or exit. Bright lights are only reflected by the fog, but anyone controlling weather, wind or very powerful fire can partially clear this (well, wind and weather can totally clear it, but usually not before she gets a punch or kick in.) While the attack itself does no damage, Soris is strong enough to do damage herself, hence a possibility for physical damage.

Items:

Henshin brooch is on a chain around her wrist. It is a small cornflower blue half sphere set in a silver rim. It has her symbol engraved in dark blue.

Occasionally, she carries a sacrificial knife, which she is fairly adept with. She doesn't really have anywhere to keep it when she is fighting, so if she is going to use it, she has to bring it from her home in Spruceland when she comes to fight. This knife is a remnant from Soris, and incedentally happens to be the knife she was killed with.

History:

Synachi was born on Soris to a low class family. Senshi on Soris are chosen not by birthright, but by abilities and the "natural gift." From the time Soris was 5, she trained to fight. At first, it was small things like self-defense. However, both her parents were fighters by nature, and pushed her brother to become a powerful warrior. Synachi resented the attention her brother received, and trained harder, learning offensive attacks and gaining strength, experience and tactics. When her brother joined with a group of rough and tumble fighters, Synachi was right there. Though only 13, she showed a natural flare for fighting and even began to show preliminary energy control. Priests sought her out, in desperate need for a senshi as the previous senshi had been killed in a dishonorable accident. Though the priests first tried Synachi's brother, they soon discovered the younger sister was the new senshi. They took her from her parents, with full family permission, and taught her how to use her natural gift of power over cold. She trained and fought on her planet for four years, until she was seventeen. This is when Sailorlenax invaded. As per most planets, their armies and soldiers fought her, dying and being brought to life under her control. Soris eventually went after her, when she thought that Lenax was weakened. A priest guided Soris to Lenax, and the two fought a bitter battle. Soris lost. The priest watched as Soris went down, and yelled that another senshi was wasted by a dishonorable death. These were the last words Soris would hear alive. Lenax proceeded to try and revive the fallen soldier under her control. Soris' very soul refused and fought back. Instead of winning this fight, she was literally torn in two, creating a dead-body and a live body and two halves of a soul. However, the live body did not receive a part of the soul. That half went in a sort of limbo, unreachable by any but the strongest of psyche magics. The other half of her soul inhabited the dead body, giving it a sort of life. Since the life did sort of come from Lenax, she joined Lenax's team. She often feels like she was a mistake of Lenax, and treats Lenax like more than just her superior. Soris is constantly trying to please Lenax, to make up for the fact that she is a mistake. If her other half could see her, there is no doubt that she would be appalled at the subservience. Hey, but she's buried, so who cares. That's correct, the "live body" that is soul less appears by all aspects to be dead. It doesn't breathe, have a pulse and doesn't decompose. So it's "dead."

Youma:
Kryo negotium - Cold Occupation (Greek)- A shadowy being created by a 3 minute focusing of Soris' mind. Mostly designed for mischief and spying, they float around and can inhabit a person's body for maximum 2 minutes. They can't be destroyed by physical attacks (they just go right through the Kryo) but any sort of medium magic spell can usually destroy them. They will come out of a body after thirty seconds of physical exertion, so just running a person around with draw the Kryo out. Their only power is to blow cold air hard enough to blow an unsuspecting person into a wall.

Psychos negotium - Cold Occupation (Greek)- A frigid, transparent (but slightly blue) creature. Psychos has a solid outside, though it is freezing cold. When they walk, they often leave a trail of mist and condensation. Psychos take one of three forms, a feline-human, bird-human or penguin-human. Yes, penguin-human. These take a good 30 minutes concentration, and they don't always come out right. Sometimes they can't take the heat of a normal world, and evaporate or disappear or something to that effect. Or, she'll get one that is a penguin-human, which, although fairly strong, is slow and in general a fairly poor fighter. The feline-human is the best fighter, but has a tendency to act feline, grooming itself, and purring if petted if poorly made. The bird is a great fighter, if you're fighting someone on the ground. If poorly made, they are easily distracted by telephone wires and seed. They do take a fairly decent amount of energy to make, and she can't just destroy them if they come out wrong. She deals with the mistakes, and sends them anyway. They can physically fight, and blow cold air. They don't talk much, but often giggle incessantly.
If this proposition is acceptable, I would like to ask that the selection is completely random, which means I can't choose. There are two options: a) Have the GM's choose which Psychos is created or b) I find a random generator somewhere on the web.

Extras:

Being dead, very few things hurt Soris if she gets into a fight. Say someone stabs her from the bottom side of her forearm, right though her radius and ulna. She'll pause, and look straight at the person who stabbed her, say something like "Hey! I only have one long-sleeved shirt, and I'm going to have to wear it for weeks now!" then punch the person quite hard, since they are usually in shock. She is very strong, and well trained in physical fighting, but she is slow and can sometimes take her power of no permanent damage for granted. Magic will hurt her, especially heat or light magic. Over time, her skin can sort of repair the damage done to it by the knife through the arm, but not so for magic. Her body cannot regenerate from magic the same way she can from physical damage. She has collected a few creams to create new skin if she is magically damaged, but these take time, and magic hurts. She usually has the sense to run form a totally threatening battle, and if she is seriously injured, she can regenerate most of herself via cream or dead body physics. If this body loses power (she is killed) her half soul WILL return to her live body (she doesn't know this, I'm just telling the GM's) and after unburying herself, she will become Sailorsoris, still on the bad guys team, with slightly different abilities. More on that should it happen. Should she be killed again, her soul will rejoin and be trapped into the sacrificial knife which was designed specifically to kill people on Soris with the "natural ability." If Lenax or someone with her kind of power chooses to bring Soris back, peachy dandy, but she'll have to find a body. I'm sure Soris wouldn't mind a body that wasn't hers...

She walks everywhere. That's about it for extras.

Writing Sample:

"Goodbye, Sailorsoris." The sacrificial knife came up, slicing her abdomen...
Synachi sat straight up on her slab of marble covered with a blue silk sheet. Her eyes wouldn't reveal that she was frightened or bewildered, but the way she grabbed the sheets could. A thin finger touched her stomach, running up and down the diagonal scar that made its home there. She sprung as nimbly as possible from her bed, not bothering to change from the scanty clothes she wore to sleep. The unimaginable darkness of winter had come to the area around her, and she flung open a pair of French double doors, letting the gelid wind caress her corpse. She pulled on a sheer black duster jacket, and headed back to her marble slab.
"Psychos 3! Come here!" From a seemingly empty hallway, a transparent cat-human figure approached the morbid figure resting on the silk-covered rock. It began to rub its head on Synachi's hand, and she acquiesced to the demand, gently stoking the lettuce-sized head.
"What can I do for you, mistress?"
"Iced tea." The creature stopped being stroked, and headed back into the darkness from whence it came. As it headed away, Synachi looked up, suddenly imbued with a desperate energy. "Psychos!" The creature turned back, questioning the outburst. "An orange popsicle too." Synachi smiled almost sweetly, and the creature nodded, heading into darkness. Synachi fingered her wrist, only to realize the comforting chain of her henshin brooch was not there. Her exuberance now gone, she turned to look at her bed. A small shine caught her eye as the winter wind blew the silk away from the marble. She bent down, and carefully lifted the gentle chain and brooch. As she slipped in around her wrist, a small bell jingled, and Psychos 3 carefully tottered back into the room, holding a silver tray with a glass of iced tea and an Orangesicleİ meticulously placed in the center of the tray. Synachi took the objects, and took a long sip of the iced tea, then set it down on her bed, and bit into the Orangesicleİ. With her other hand, she waved the Psychos away, and it bounded away to wait for another summons. After downing the comforting ice cream and drink, she floated to the bathroom and splashed her face with water. As she looked into the mirror, she saw her limp hair, and lifeless face. Her mind flashed images of the skin she used to own, the blood that used to flow in her veins and the beauty that she too had once possessed. Her blank stare was torn from the mirror as she marched back to her slab, laying down abruptly and pulling the silk sheet up and over her vapid body. The arctic wind tried to pull the sheet from her grasp, but it was as if rigor mortis had set in, for Synachi was as close to sleep as a dead person could be.
