CHEESY HASHBROWNS
INGREDIENTS NEEDED:
2 lbs frozen hashbrowns-thawed
1/4 cup margarine-melted
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 cup sour cream
1-1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
2 cups cornflakes-crushed
1/4 cup butter-melted
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together except the cornflakes and butter.  Place in a 9 X 13 pan.  Combine the cornflakes and butter and sprinkle over the casserole.  Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.

Serves 6-8 people
