HAM AND CHEESE QUICHE

8 large eggs
1 quart of milk
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp dry mustard
8 slices bread-cubed
2/3 cup cheese-cubed
1 cup diced ham


Grease or use cooking spray to coat a 9X13 cake pan.  Place bread cubes into the pan, followed by ham and cheese.  Place remaining ingredients into a blender and blend for 30 seconds; pour over bread, ham, and cheese.  Cover and refrigerate over night. 
Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
Garnish with parsley if you desire.

Serves 6-8 people
