Hush my child and have no fear,
Know God's loving hand is near.
God sends guardian angels to you,
He'll keep you safe the whole night through.
Hush my child and feel God's peace,
His loving touch to you does reach.
Sleep and feel His presence near,
God will calm your every fear.
God he stops and smiles a while,
When He see's a sleeping child.
So close your eyes my little one,
Peacefully sleep 'till the mornings sun.
Let's pray a prayer to God above,
To thank Him for His gentle love.
