AI MEN TSU PORK FLAVOR
Country of Origin: Taiwain
Package size: 7.25oz/206g

Spicyness: 1
Comment: Another imported ramen and another one with the package mostly in a foreign language and an English sticker on the back with the translation. These noodles were in the wet pack and do not need to be cooked to absorb the water. Just basically add hot water and eat. The instructions were kinda confusing for the stovetop method you were to use 500cc of water then drain the water and add the sauce but the microwave directions you are to use 350cc of water and not drain the water. I opted for the microwave choice. The noodles were chewy and held up well in the broth. The broth itself had a brownish color and had an oily feel. The flavor was salty and meaty tasting and I found a lot of little pieces of pork or textured vegetable protein and of course they were not listed in the ingredient list. Overall a good ramen maybe next time I will add a little less water for a more stronger broth flavor.

AI MEN TSU PORK BONE FLAVOR
Package Size: 6.34oz/180g
Soup Base: salt, monosodium glutamte, pork bone flavor powder, spices
Dehydrated Mix: not listed in the list
Oil Packet: only stated refined oil
Spicyness: 1
Comment: Again the only English is a small sticker placed on the back and  the disturbing part is this ramen is suppose to be kept refridgerated but when I purchased the ramen it was stored just on the shelfs and I even stored it unrefridgerated. So I was a little concerned if this was still edible. The noodles were in a wet pack but actually  were not ruined. The back label called these Chinese noodles but they look like Udon to me. The broth had a salty flavor with an oily feel to it. At times you could detect a little meaty flavor but not much. Other than that there were no other flavors. A simple broth. The noodles were chewy and were pretty good. Overall not another bad pork flavor from Ai Men Tsu.

AI MEN TSU TOMATO NOODLE SEAFOOD FLAVOR
Package Size: 7oz
Soup Base: salt, monosodium glutamate, sugar, soy sauce powder, cayenne pepper powder, shrimp powder, bonito powder, hydrolyzed vegetable protein, palm oil, carrot, cabbage
Spicyness: 1
Comment: I thought this flavor was a little odd, the noodles have tomato powder in the ingredients. The broth had a salty and a slight seafood taste to it not overpowering. I really could not detect a tomato flavor in the noodles which was a little disappointing. Overall the flavor was mostly just salt and did not have a strong taste as my prevous reviews. Not a bad ramen just a little bland.

t: Again another wet pack variety of noodles. The noodles are already to eat you just add them to boiling water and drain the noodles. The sesame sauce is mixed with a little hot water to make it mixable and then you mix the noodles and sauce together. What you have is a brown sauce covering your noodles and actually has a peanut flavor to them. The sesame flavor final comes through but mostly a peanutish flavor. Overall not much flavor other than sesame/peanut. I would pass on this one.
