Comment: These noodles were in the wekpack so just a couple of minutes in boiling water and they are ready. The noodles were they typical udon that comes in these wetpacks, thick and chewy. The broth left much to be desired, just a salty and MSG flavor is about all I could taste. I never could taste any beef flavor and the ingredient list didn't even list anything remotely resembling beef. The noodles are not bad but you should add some meat and veggies to make it more interesting.
