Comment: Well another Japanese ramen with very little English. But I was able to research this one and I do believe I have this correct. Teuchi is an udon dish from the city of Fujiyoshida. Teuchi means handmade udon and ebiten is tempura with prawn. The noodles came in a wet pack and required very little cooking. A large piece of tempura with some shrimp(or prawns) were in tempura. The broth was a light brown color with a slight seafood scent. The flavor was salty and with a bonito background. The tempura was a nice addition for it soaked up a lot of broth and was very delicious. An ample amount of seaweed provided some veggies. Overall a pretty good dish.
